Happy with the carpet and planks I picked. Price was a bit better than quotes from 2 other places Cons:. Scheduling issues. Booked a month in advance and booked a day off. Day of I get a call that they are behind on another job and would like to reschedule, it wasn't an option for me since hard enough to book days off and I waited a month. So they managed to have the carpet installers come past working hours after 5pm, while Matt did the vinyl plank installations on schedule. This led to the carpet installers rushing to get the job done, so a few days later I nearly stepped on some exposed nails on the stairs where the carpet was installed. Had to go thru each step and hammer them all back in (about 5 steps in total). Don't even want to think what would have happened if I had stepped on them directly instead of brushing one with my heel. They should have inspected everything once done. There were also some parts of my newly painted walls damaged with some dings and scratches. Luckily I still had some left over paint to fix it up. So my overall rating is 3.5 stars. As the beginning process started off well when I first went into the store to talk to Mariah and see some choices. Unfortunately it was the last part of things that bring the ratings down.

I was going to have him come to measure after a short vacation I was going on but when he took my address down and realized that we were practically neighbors he offered to come on his day off and measure for me so that I wouldn't have to wait so long. They were out of sample pieces of the carpet for me to take home and he offered to bring the large store sample to my home one evening if I wanted to see it before it was installed.
