I had ordered from The Floral Boutique in Conception Bay South, NL, just outside St. John's, last year on my sister's birthday and was pleased with the arrangement that was delivered as it very closely resembled the arrangement I chose from their website. I live in the London, ON area. This year, however, the arrangement that was delivered was in no way like the arrangement I ordered. The shop called and spoke with my husband to advise they would have to make substitutions and my husband gave them the go ahead not realizing the differences would be so dissimilar. I called and spoke with a lady at the shop who had prepared the order and she insisted that I did receive the value of the product they ordered and that they had not received certain flowers from the supplier. As a customer, I am not pleased with the arrangement that was delivered to my sister in the context of the fact that the website photo of the arrangement I ordered is so different. I won't be ordering from this company again. See photo below. read more

I placed an order for an arrangement to be delivered to Hickey's Funeral Home. They confirmed that the delivery was made but the family did not receive the floral arraignment. This is very disappointing as I am in California, USA & I could not be in Newfoundland, Canada to support my friend. I sent flowers to show we were thinking of her and her family. If Hickey's Funeral Home at 570 Conception Bay Hwy, Conception Bay South, NL A1X 7P8, Canada had a yelp page I would give them 0 stars! I emailed them a few times asking if they could help me find out what happened to the gift I sent my friends; they have not responded to any of my inquires. read more
