Ordered at 9:30 a.m. and delivery arrived in early afternoon at a time I requested when I knew she'd be around to receive. Flowers look great, wife is happy, I am happy! What more could I ask for! Flower costs was $75 plus delivery and tax. Came out to $100 and change for a nice bouquet with a vase to keep. I find that to be on par with other florists I have used in the past. The shop called and spoke with my husband to advise they would have to make substitutions and my husband gave them the go ahead not realizing the differences would be so dissimilar. I called and spoke with a lady at the shop who had prepared the order and she insisted that I did receive the value of the product they ordered and that they had not received certain flowers from the supplier. As a customer, I am not pleased with the arrangement that was delivered to my sister in the context of the fact that the website photo of the arrangement I ordered is so different. I followed their instructions and emailed the same day to report the issue, but over a week passed with no response or apology. I had to call the store multiple times over the following weeks just to get any acknowledgement. My original email was never addressed. To make matters worse, when I finally reached someone (the owner, Valerie, I believe), my call was abruptly ended. Overall, this was the poorest customer service experience I've had with a business. I would not recommend ordering here based on my experience.
