very disappointed with the treatment I got. Tried wiring flowers from Kingston, Ontario florist - paid them in full. Neville rejected it. rather then phone - they just left it up to e-mail/Teleflora transmissions. My mother-in-law received nothing from us on her 90th birthday. I called and the gentleman was very rude with me. I will never use them again. I guess if I was a large Valentine order it would be different. read more

I have been ordering flowers and gift baskets from JJ Neville's for family and friends in St. John's and also in other cities in Canada, the US, Ireland and the UK for every type of occasion for almost twenty years. The service is superb. Locally they use the freshest flowers and their arrangements are stunning. The gift baskets delicious. I find them really prompt and reliable. They deliver in all kinds of weather. They keep records of family and friends addresses and phone numbers and go to extraordinary lengths to make sure gifts are delivered.
