Very disappointed in the arrangement. Online ordering was very easy and selection was good. I ordered the deluxe gerber daisy arrangement that cost $108. However, the shop called and said they did not have enough gerber daisies so we agreed to fillers. The added flowers are pretty, but the arrangement was small for a "deluxe". See attached photo. I'd hate to see what the regular size looks like. I doubt very seriously that I will be using or recommending this florist in the future. read more

I have never had to call a florist to be disappointed in my entire life - I am going to let the pictures speak for themselves- I ordered for a family member what I thought would be a stunning basket bouquet presented online and what was given was nothing to the quality, fullness, freshness or arrangement style. I was called back on Monday and offered a $25 credit- the owner said she did them herself and doesn't see what is different from the picture bs what was delivered - the flowers were outside for less than 10 minutes but it's not just that the flowers were wilted it's the overall look and quality of the arrangement - I asked her to make it right and redo the arrangement and that was not going to happen - or even a different arrangement. I would also like to point out that we paid for the most expensive version of this arrangement because we wanted to make sure that it was an extremely full arrangement for my mother after surgery. I am embarrassed that this is what she received and the fact that this florist doesn't see a difference or a problem with that - I feel scammed! read more

I honestly wouldn't even give this place 1 start. Customer service sucks, I got my wedding flowers done here...wrong colors used, forced to pay for them despite the fact I was VERY unhappy with the results, flowers are falling out of my bridal bouquet, Bridesmaids bouquets are falling apart due to them not being put together correctly so we had to go back & fix them ourselves, flowers are smashed & look like they were stepped on several times & then used & they didn't but a ribbon in my bouquet that I paid for. I would go somewhere else to get my wedding flowers if I were you. They literally rushed though my order because they weren't done when they said they would be & I went up to the shop. I will NEVER use this place again. Nor with I recommend anyone use this place for anything besides a funeral cause those are the only flower arrangements they seem to get right & do well. Long story short this place sucks along with the workers attitudes & customer service. read more
