I repeated the message many times and this person still did not get the note correct. In response she blamed me for changing the message, by stating "that's not what you said." I got upset that I am paying several hundred dollars and she didn't have the patience to write down my message. I asked her to write it again and she refused stating she felt disrespected. I am the customer and was not able to place an order via this individual and she escalated it by rudely blaming me for changing the message.

This expensive arrangement looked nothing like the one I had ordered. The arrangement needed some adjustments (to actually look like the one I had ordered) and I would have been more than satisfied to keep it. If not, I would have been better off buying flowers from Kroger and making my own. I was going to be giving it to my mother that evening at her birthday dinner, so I wanted it to be extra special. It was the owner's attitude that blew it for me. It really caught me off guard. I truly hope she was having a bad day and unaware and she was taking it out on everyone around her. For this reason, I will never be using them again.
