I gave them my budget, what I wanted and she knew exactly what funeral it was that day and confirmed that she would have them there in time for the viewing... However, the shop called and said they did not have enough gerber daisies so we agreed to fillers. The added flowers are pretty, but the arrangement was small for a "deluxe". See attached photo. I'd hate to see what the regular size looks like. I doubt very seriously that I will be using or recommending this florist in the future.

I was called back on Monday and offered a $25 credit- the owner said she did them herself and doesn't see what is different from the picture bs what was delivered - the flowers were outside for less than 10 minutes but it's not just that the flowers were wilted it's the overall look and quality of the arrangement - I asked her to make it right and redo the arrangement and that was not going to happen - or even a different arrangement. I would also like to point out that we paid for the most expensive version of this arrangement because we wanted to make sure that it was an extremely full arrangement for my mother after surgery. I am embarrassed that this is what she received and the fact that this florist doesn't see a difference or a problem with that - I feel scammed!
