I ordered flowers on 7/12 to send to my grandmother after my grandfather passed away. I received…read morean email confirmation with a receipt but was never informed my flowers were delivered or even that an attempt was made. Karen called on 7/13 stating they made two delivery attempts and no one was home so they were going to bring the flowers to the funeral home. I told her I did not want the flowers going to the funeral home as my grandfather's funeral was not for another two weeks. Karen then asked me to pick up the flowers and deliver them myself, I told her I could not do that as I live three hours away. She said she does not make a habit of delivering flowers to houses if someone is not home, I told her my grandmother was home but was going through a difficult time and to just leave them at her door. Karen then requested an additional payment of $10.
