Unfortunately, effect was spoiled by yellow tulips and some cheap yellow filler. When I mentioned the yellow spoiled the overall effect, he said he had specifically requested NO yellow. Flowers were ordered by family members for my mothers funeral. Bottom line is that they never arrived. Instead of compassion, we got the runaround and directed to other people. We got so many stories that I'm not sure what actually transpired at this point. At one point, they said they delivered them (after they told us they didn't deliver to the area) but were told there was no delivery and they couldn't provide a name or signature. They also told us there were other vendors we should blame, yet their email and address was on the paperwork. It was very embarrassing and to miss on such an important event as a funeral is not acceptable. So disappointed ! There are lots of bad reviews out there for flower delivery services, and I was so hesitant about ordering flowers online... And turns out that I should have trusted my guts. I wanted to surprise my mom for Mother's Day when she was at work. So I had them deliver it to her today at work. The pictures online are hyped up versions of what you're gonna get. They try to make the colors look similar to what you ordered, but everything is smaller and just slapped on together without much effort. My mom was *surprised* but she said it looked simple and small. NOT what I hoped for and ordered. Based on my pictures you can see how poor the flower arrangements look like. The flower in the picture looks like there was some pink roses, but what my mom got were some pink versions of something else. 1 star for the effort you guys tried to make to get the colors ~somewhat~ similar (but honestly I would give 0 stars if I could). It was my mother's 70th birthday recently so of course I waited until the last minute and while calling some florists called the Flower Basket and they said I could pick up bouquets that were already made. While looking at the bouquets a man came in and picked up some red roses. I asked the salesperson if she could create a dozen of roses for me and she said she could, just wait a couple of minutes. The roses they made for my mom were absolutely beautiful and she received so many compliments. And the price was extremely reasonable. We found several options we liked in their books and mentioned my mother love peacock feathers so she offered to add them into the arrangements if we brought some in. To Those Who Are Currently Looking For a Florist: I am in the process of looking for a florist who specializes in weddings. I was excited to find a floral shop so close to where I live, unfortunately, the Flower Basket did not live up to my expectations. It is quite unfortunate when a business fails to understand that we live in a world that is in the digital age. One bad experience for a customer can taint a business for future guests. I went into the store to discuss flowers for my upcoming wedding, due to the busyness of the store the sales clerk* requested that I schedule an appointment for later on in the day. So I scheduled my appointment and I came in at the time they requested, only to find out that the consultant* who was supposed to help me turned me away because she was busy at the store with previous orders. Without any introduction, the consultant* tells me that she would not be able to assist me and places blame on the person who took the appointment. I felt as if that was unprofessional of her to put her fellow co-worker on the spot. There is no need to complain to a customer about another employee. By the shocked look I gave her, due to the nature of her unfriendliness and unprofessionalism, she gave the comment that I probably would not come to the store again. She then asked me to reschedule the appointment with her after she realized the comment she made was completely unnecessary. I gave the Flower Basket two stars instead of one because I felt as if she was just having a bad day. Regardless, no one should make a customer feel unwelcome. If they have no proper communication system with one another then how can you trust them on your special day? I also left my phone number at the store when I originally scheduled my appointment and it would have been nice if they called me before I came to the store and asked me to reschedule my appointment. This is why I will not be going back to purchase my wedding flowers from this location. With the amount of money I am going to spend on flowers, I would rather give it to a company who would live to receive my business. *I did not use any names out of respect of the sales clerks. read more

I ordered a special gift for my Daughter and her family to be at their new house on the day of the move. Not only was it more beautiful than they had promised, they delivered it on time . They wouldn't just leave it at the door. They called my daughter on her cellphone to make sure that they gave it to a person.
