Checked out the flower cart this weekend for a fun flower crown workshop. Always wanted to learn so this was a great opportunity to do that. Inexpensive class and a great setting. The shop is just darling and I love the mural on the side of the building. The shop has a down to earth boutique vibe.

I ordered from the hospital location and experienced truly amazing customer service! Super easy to order a delivery over the phone.

Soo happy to see you're doing so well! I'm the founder and former owner. Worked hard at the startup to make it successful.

I prefer supporting local businesses so when it came time to order flowers for my mother's December…read morebirthday, I placed what was perhaps my second or third order at Flowers & Fancies. I placed the order online, scheduled pick up, and moved on with my life. Unfortunately, I received an email about 5 days before I was due to pick up the arrangement essentially advising that my selection was no longer available because the flowers wouldn't be in season the month of December. Huh? They explained that they would do their best but I asked for a refund instead. Apparently there was a website issue that allowed the purchase to go through but shouldn't have. Disappointed and frustrated, I placed a last minute birthday order with a large corporation and tried to put the matter behind me. Well color me surprised when the Flowers & Fancies team sent me an arrangement to apologize for the error. I was shocked, surprised, and necessarily reminded that mistakes happen and it's best to have patience and understanding, especially for local, well meaning businesses. The arrangement provided is gorgeous and makes the one I ordered from a large corporation just doesn't compare. Thank you to Heather and the Flowers & Fancies team for making it right. I look forward to supporting in the future.

This particular class, making a peony arrangement, was expensive so I was concerned about the value, but I came and had a really good time. GLOWS: -We were given a great amount of peonies to build our arrangements (10 or 11). There was a lavender farm available for us to add lavender to our arrangements too. -They provided wine and other small chips and pretzels for us to snack on while we created our florals. - The non-alcoholic vendor was a nice touch for this class, as I don't drink. -The support and information prior to starting class was essential to get us started. I learned some good information and felt good about working solo.

We wanted to arrange flowers ourselves for a memorial party and Avalon was so helpful in picking types of flowers that would fit the vibe and color palette we were looking for. All I had to tell her was the event, sizes and quantity of vases and about my grandmothers personality and she designed the order perfectly! She took the stress out of having to choose my own and place a bulk order online, she is so detail oriented and even chose greenery that would accent the flowers chosen. She even timed when to take them out of fridges and when to cut them so they opened perfectly for the event time. Everyone at the party raved about how wonderful the flowers looked and knew my grandmother would have loved them. If I had to do this on my own it would have been terrible, I definitely would not have known to order certain types and colors that Avalon knew would add pops of color & detail like we wanted. She is an artist at her craft and I cannot wait to order from Enchanted Petals again! Even the value was much better than other florists and bulk stores. Thanks so much to the enchanted petals team.

As a walk-in customer on a Saturday morning, with a very small order, I did not have high expectations for service, and boy was I wrong. These ladies went out of their way to take care of me, and I felt like I was sitting on the porch just sipping some tea with lifelong friends. They were pleasant and personable, and I am pretty sure I got more than I paid for - certainly more than I'd expected! will be back next year to get finish line flowers again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The flowers were unique and very fresh. It was almost like visiting a little garden. The pricing is upfront and very reasonable. The quality and freshness of the flowers beats any grocery store arrangement by far. I loved the experience of being able to pick my own flower and create an original arrangement. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable. Parking is a little annoying but its expected for the area. You get a rewards card towards your purchase that can be used either at the florist or the cafe interchangeably. The space is a little small but You can even host events here or host little seminars, which i witnessed happening the last time I visited. Cant't wait to get another bouquet either for myself and especially for someone else. So lovely!

I just popped in after I ordered a latte next-door, and I saw a few plants immediately that I was drawn to that looked very healthy and the price was more than reasonable, especially considering one of them came in a real pot and not a temporary planter! ($17 for a potted plant and about $10 for a smaller non potted plant). I felt like it was fate and that I needed to buy these plants so if you are a plant lover, this is definitely a cute little spot to pick up a little plant or two! Additionally, the service was really great. I can't remember her name, unfortunately, but the woman behind the counter was so so friendly, and gave me lots of pointers on what the plants that I selected needed, so it was really great to have that advice from her as well. They also of course, sell flowers! I have to return one day to buy some of their lilies
