My mother ordered flowers from Flowers.com, her order was sent to a local shop, but the order came with, The Flowers Carts number, this was the wrong shop. I called and talked to them about the order and they told me that my order went to another flower shop called Ava's or something like that. However, The Flower Cart did more than help me find the problem, the young lady I talk to also personally brought out a flower arrangement that met my needs without changing me and it wasn't even their fault. why didn't I read reviews first. I placed a $136 order for large mix flowers with 3 latex/1 Mylar balloon. Was instantly charged. received a message they needed to change my order to a different bouquet. They were all roses, which my mother does not care for, so I cancelled. a couple hours later, I received a call from a man who said they had a mix they could do but not the balloons. I agreed. New charges were $86.33. I was only reimbursed $2. The flowers came from out of state via UPS and look like a small bouquet from Walmart. i did get customer service to reimburse the difference but ultimately paid $86 for a $10 bouquet. Hedi was wonderful. She went above and beyond what any other florist has done for me. I highly recommend using the Flower cart. Beautiful flowers. Reasonable prices. And unmatched service. I have used plenty of different florist. And been disappointed many times. But that won't happen at the Flower Cart! read more

I've used them for Valentine's Day for the last couple of years. Great flowers, great arrangements, AND the wife lives'em.

I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day and got a delivery confirmation on that day..... they didn't arrive.... until 2 days later. Neither I or my lady was informed of the delay despite them having all our contact info. I emailed twice and rang several times on Valentine's Day.... no response. When the flowers finally arrived (without explanation or apology) I rang them again to complain and was told they tried to deliver them and ring when they say there wasn't anyone at the apartment. There wasn't any phone call made... I told them they didn't make any attempt to ring and they made a point of blaming the delivery people coupled with an insincere apology without any attempt to rectify the issue. Sorry I didn't check this sooner. If the flowers matter.... pick someone reliable. read more

Is there no way to give less than a 1star rating? I ordered an arrangement for my sister-in-law for her birthday. "Basket of Joy" was described as "two ivy plants along with white and yellow kalanchoe fill a charming round basket." The picture is lovely - very full kalanchoe a in full bloom. What was delivered was more like an Easter basket either a tall handle, containing a large pothos plant and two skinny kalanchoes which are budding a bit, but certainly not full and pretty. I was embarrassed for her to have received such a disappointing arrangement from us. I never received a confirmation of the order and when I called, the lady said they had it and it would be delivered on time, if they could reach the recipient. It was ordered six days in advance, but they would deliver if they could. When I called to complain about what was delivered, I was told they had filled it according to the "recipe", substituting pothos for the ivy. I told her I objected to the scrawny little kalanchoes and that I felt I certainly did not get what I paid for. She said she was sorry I felt that way, but made no attempt to correct it. I told her I use their shop every year for this same person but will not again. Don't use this shop - it's a waste of money. read more

My husband's dad died in January. The very large, well known, air line he works for sent a peace lily via this business. We were out of town for the funeral for a week and upon our return, were shocked to find a TROPICAL plant sitting on the front step, IN JANUARY. No phone call, no notice of an impending arrival, just left at a clearly empty home. The plant itself was pretty but way too large for the small pot it was in. This fact combined with the tropical plants' stay on our front porch for 5 days in JANUARY resulted in a dead mess within three weeks. I called FC, explained the situation and asked for a replacement. I was met with complete unwillingness and a rude attitude. Finally the curt woman understood the magnitude of business my husband's company does with Flower Cart and reluctantly agreed to deliver a new plant the following Saturday because they were already going to be in our area. As directed I placed the then very dead lily on our porch and waited. After 2 weekends went by I called again. I was met with the same customer-no-service attitude indignant responses, no resolve and no service. I sincerely hope anyone considering using this business will think twice because clearly they do not stand behind their products, have no customer service skills and are not savvy enough to take care of corporate clients. There are several florists in the airport area- I can't encourage potential patrons enough to try another. read more

I ordered flowers for delivery on a holiday. They took my money and delivered the flowers a day late. When I called to ask about it the woman said they were confused because they received two orders for the same address and she'd have to have someone call me back about a refund. In what universe is this acceptable? Take your business somewhere competent. read more
