When i ordered via the Internet, it accepted the hospital zip code in Atlanta and gave me flower arrangements to choose from. Almost 24 hours later, I received an email saying they didn't deliver to that zip code and to call them. When I called, she said she had been trying to call my number all day. The number was an old home number I haven't had for over 15 years, but the email came through fine - she should have emailed sooner! I'm not sure why the number I left with the order online wasn't contacted. They canceled my order and never ran my card, but it was so late in the day when I received the email and spoke with them, I couldn't arrange for flowers to be delivered until the next day, and my friend's mother was gravely ill... The lady I spoke with never really apologized, and she acted like it was my fault I expected flowers from this far away to be delivered an hour away. I told her I was trying to shop locally, and usually, florists would subcontract out closer to the delivery address. She said she had never heard of such a thing. I recommended she correct the option on the Internet because this was extremely disappointing. She said, "Alright - bye." read more

I'm in California, but have a very dear friend in the hospital in Carrollton Georgia. I called and ordered blue carnations. They were delivered to the hospital the same day, and they were exactly what he remembered. And it cheered him up so much. I will definitely be calling again to order more flowers. Anderson's florist did my flowers for my wedding and I absolutely loved them! I live in NYC and got married in GA and they were extremely accommodating on making sure I got what I wanted. I showed them pictures of what I liked and felt the final pieces came out beautiful. Their prices were very reasonable and always gave me options to stay on budget. Kristie in particular was so helpful, patient, and did everything possible to make sure I was happy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking or needing flowers. read more

And here's one of the main reasons why I'm posting this: My online order requested for my auntie's flowers to be send on 2/26, but about an hour ago, my cousin said that my auntie's bouquet had been delivered early. If you want to do some shopping for some food or maybe just some shopping for a bite to eat, then this is your spot. You'll come into the market but you have to worry about parking because it's not free but if you're in the city you already know that. They have a validation for parking system there so you can make sure you use that, which is right by the door. There's also other places to park, which is street parking, that you could use your park mobile app as well if you'd prefer to do that or if the parking lot is full. This market has tons of items and things and anything you could think of for the most part. If you are feeling steak or Caribbean food then this is your spot to go to. If you just want some French fries or some oxtail then this is going to be a great place for it as well. There's a myriad of different stalls that you can buy food at that are ready. There's also places that you can actually buy fresh meat and seafood to cook at home. If you're trying to figure out where to go for some steaks or some oxtails or shrimp, you should check this out for sure. So overall I would say this is definitely a spot you should for sure try if you're trying to try some new dishes or if you want to buy some food to make at home. If you're trying to find something that's similar to an Asian market, for example, something off Buford Highway, this would be a good spot to check out. I called Anderson's Florist, Inc from Richardson, TX, (by Dallas) not knowing anything about the area or product that Anderson's Florist creates. I spoke with KIM, and wow, what fantastic customer service. She went above and beyond, finding the perfect vase for the get well arrangement I needed to send. Taking photos of the options and texting those to me, who does that? That's right, KIM! I gave her a budget and told her to create what she wanted (based on a photo) and asked her to stay in that budget. She was a mere .96 over the budget I gave her. That is fantastic customer service that she sent me photos of vases that complimented the arrangement, helped me pick the appropriate arrangement, and stayed in budget; that is a rare experience for me. Thank you KIM!!!! To the owners of Anderson's Florist: Create a new FB page, don't let a hacker stop your social media presence!! Teleflorist uses stock photos and you can't guarantee what the customer gets based on what they place on your website, TAKE YOUR OWN PHOTOS, (even if it's with the professional settings on your iPhone)it will make a difference!
