The flowers were nice but the customer service was horrible. She complained the entire time in front of me while arranging my flowers about me missing her call before arriving. I was crunched for time and getting ready for work so I didn't see the call. I apologized for missing the call but she literally went on and on with her fellow associates complaining about how we "place orders online and just expect the order to be ready". Why give me the option for a pick up time online and complain when it's not ready even though I came 30 minutes late. Which mean she had extra time then what was promised online. read more

Was told replacement flowers would be sent however that was NOT the case. Instead they TOOK BACK the original bouquet and balloons that were PAID FOR. No replacements received. They are the WORST flower shop! They are not helpful and their website is incorrect. If you see a good price, it's likely wrong and they will call you to cancel and will not try to work with you to find a solution or a different flower arrangement. Don't rely on them to call you back or notify you that the order was actually confirmed. Check your bank. Never had to work with people who respond with sorry we got busy and forgot...are you running a business? Update your website and don't blame it on the third party you hired. I don't know how this place is still in business ! I ordered flowers for my daughter as a surprise and what a surprise it was ! They looked nothing like what I ordered . On top of that they were wilted and brown . When we call to see if there was anything that can be done the manager was completely rude and raised her voice and argued which I should've expected by reading all the reviews online . My mistake was not researching the company prior to making my order . Regardless she told me the usual that she apparently tells all the clients that are unhappy . Apparently its my fault , the flowers are not wilting , and you get what you pay for . She told me to come in to have the flowers fixed but I better not have a bad attitude! I chose to use this small business for a floral arrangement to be delivered on my friends birthday. The flowers were delivered an entire WEEK early and it took 4 days for me to even be offered a solution. But, the only solution they were offering would be to go take the flowers back and redeliver them on the correct date or take them back and give me a refund. I was told on the phone that the person did not even look at the date and it was completely their fault, but they were not willing to own up to their mistake and eat the cost. They will send the wrong flowers, not even the correct amount (you only get 1/4 of what is shown in the photos), they are almost dead. Ordered a special and expensive arrangement for a friend that just reached a HUGE milestone. They called and told us that they were out of her favorite flowers and would substitute others. Annoying but that's fine. Proceed to delivery day, the arrangement arrives looking bare as hell with hardly any of the flowers from the photo, mostly stems and leaves. And they added flowers that I specifically asked that they not add due to pets. Called them to understand what the heck happened, only for them to return to my friends home the next day and TAKE BACK the flowers and balloons without bringing a replacement. The worst flower shop I have ever seen or dealt with in my life! Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. There are BETTER shops nearby. I don't know how people who have no idea what running a business means run a business! To start off, it was Valentine's day and I was waiting for a gift from my fiance, it was 8pm and still no gift! He was out of town and sent me confirmation from the place he ordered which was Teleflora, and there was an email he got saying "item hand delivered". I did not received anything, no phone call nothing! I called and they said oh we cant give you the flower shop's number we can only send them a message. I asked if I would get my gift the same day and they said they stopped deliveries at 7pm. I was FURIOUS to see how I was not getting my Valentine's day gift! Satuday came, no calls or email. My fiance asked to escalate and requested a refund plus a credit and nicer arrangement to be sent to me. Sunday came, no follow up, no calls, no FLOWERS! On Sunday, I checked my voicemails and saw a call from an strange number and did not even say the name of the place correctly just asked for my address (unprofessional) I call back and when I asked who they were they acted confused and said Oh we couldn't find your address. I was so upset, I asked why they lied on the confirmation and not called again. My address appears in EVERY GPS! Susan got on the phone and started screaming saying she was not going to waste her time getting paid $10/hr to delivery and hunt me down for a $42 arrangement, when there were others who spent more! And how they had 150 deliveries on Valentines Day. She then said she dropped it off at the "Club House" and they told her they would contact me. She also screamed at me how I should be home next time my BF tells me to be home and hung up on me! What kind of business does that? They lied, disgusting, unfriendly, rude, nasty! Then Monday comes and I get an early call from the same SUSAN asking for my address. Turns out they are right around the corner! She asked for instructions I guess they don't OWN a GPS or know one exist since this place is SO OLD! They come at 10 and it was an older woman who delivered flowers and left them at my door. The flowers are HIDIOUS! It looks like they were taken out from a cementary!!!!!! I showed my fiance and he was so upset he called Teleflora corporate to let them know the shop they are working with! I'm tossing those flowers away! They are most likely HAUNTED like this place is! They ruined my Valentine's day and many others from what I see in the reviews. First recommendation! If you do not know how to OPERATE a business, do not sign up to delivery on one of the most busiest days of the year and do not disappoint any other customer!It is not my fault you take on 150 orders and not able to commit and deliver as expected. If I could I would give 0 star. The worst flower shop ever, I even felt like it was a scam. I ordered flowers online, paid extra to deliver on certain date. The flower was delivered late, and did nothing look like the one online. So I called, she had an attitude as soon as she (I think her name was Samantha) answered. Then she told me, because the order said it could be something similar (which I have never said), you get what you paid for, that's what you get when you order online, she gets that flower or nothing( I guess she meant she's gonna take the flower back?). I understand she was overwhelmed bc it's busy time for Mother's Day and corona virus situation but it was so unprofessional and unpleasant. I will never shop there again. This place is awful!! Publix has better arrangements. This is the second time I have used Teleflora for a flower arrangement and delivery. Unfortunately Telefora uses this flower shop and they have no idea what they are doing. When you make a purchase online and HAVE A PICTURE of the item you are purchasing you expect to get that item or very, very close to what you have ordered. If for whatever reason they cannot provide you with that item or need to make changes they should at the very least contact the buyer and discuss changes. This place sucks so bad that the Halloween ceramic pumpkin arrangement I ordered actually showed up in a plastic child's beach pail that had a pumpkin face, WTF?? I also had ordered the Premium arrangement which has quite a lot of flowers in it and what these jokers sent had a small handful of flowers at best. The first arrangement was returned, I told the delivery guy there was no way I was paying $70+ for that sorry excuse for an arrangement and he even agreed. The delivery guy contacted me a bit later with a return delivery that was the same sorry small bunch of flowers in a glass pumpkin vase that he said was an upgrade from my original order as the vase was a limited edition. The new delivery still didn't even come close to what I had ordered so as for an upgrade that was BS. As I was stuck for flowers and it was my wife's birthday I told him to leave the arrangement and I would pass the word around about how pathetic this shop is. I contacted Telefora and filed a complaint and informed them that this was the second time this has happened with these clowns and that Telefora needs to drop them ASAP as they are killing business. I explained that I would never purchase from this shop again and also would not be doing business with Teleflora if this is the kind of shops they work with. just now I wish I could leave 0 stars for this florist or whatever they are. My mother sent me surprise flowers for my birthday and I was told they were left outside my apartment. I got home and no flowers. I called to verify what building they were left at as I live in an apartment complex and maybe there was a mix up. But the delivery driver got on the phone and SWORE up and down that he left them where he was supposed to. Upset that my mother wasted her money, I went to the surrounding buildings to search for them. It wasn't until I got to the OPPOSITE side of the neighborhood that I found them at the completely wrong address. When I called to speak to a supervisor, Samantha got on the phone and told me I was rude to her delivery driver. He hung up on me. Pretty sure that's not how you handle an upset customer. Then as I'm on the phone with her, I find the flowers and tell her they were at the wrong building and she said "oh well glad you found them." Like I was supposed to go on some God forsaken scavenger hunt to find something my mom paid good money for. What an incompetent group of people. My mother in law ordered flowers for my 30th birthday through teleflora. The bouquet on the left is what she ordered and the bouquet on the right is what I received. First off, they dropped the arrangement at a completely different apartment building (we live in the back of the community and this was placed at the first building up front). These flowers were then left out in 100 degree heat for over 4 hours. My mother in law called to complain as she paid over $80 for this arrangement and teleflora told her "Well that's what you get for ordering online." They also stated that when they contract out the order, these flower shops don't have to make it look like the arrangement you select, it only has to be comparable. Well not only does this look nothing like she selected, it's also not comparable. I was going to recommend that she reach out to this actual shop but from previous reviews, I told her she's better off not wasting her breath.
