I ordered two arrangements totaling $549 for my sister's funeral. I asked for interesting arrangements in vibrant fall colors and received pink. I asked for a vase and got a plastic bucket. I tried to set up a time to meet with Pam, the florist/owner, because the price seems steep for carnations, mums, 8 roses and a bunch of filler. She refused to meet with me and threatened to sue me if I posted pictures. I do not recommend. Zero stars. read more

I ordered a $90 arrangement and when delivered the finished product looked nothing like the picture, I mean nothing. The product delivered was a pretty arrangement but nothing like what was ordered. After more than 24hr trying to get a hold of someone at the shop thinking the wrong order got delivered they made it known it was on purpose. That because of the disclaimer on the site they can basically send you anything they want. I asked for a partial refund and was denied. The only offer I got was to give them the delivered flowers and they would replace it with "less impressive arrangement" or I could have a free delivery on a future order. What they sent was mostly carnations and Greenery but was assured it was $90 worth of flowers. read more

Beautiful flowers and great staff!! There was a small problem with my order and they took care of it quickly and professionally to get it corrected. My mom loved her "Designer's choice" arrangement of roses and baby's breath. All flowers were colorful, fresh, and arranged beautifully. I am in town taking care of my mother. My son wanted to send me something for Valentine's day. He placed the order through 1-800-FLOWERS. He wanted same day delivery, so he paid the additional cost. I did not receive the flowers on Valentines Day, received them the next. Very beautiful arrangement. Sent pic and thank you text to my son and he said, that is not what he ordered. I said, you need a refund. He called them and they asked him if he would be okay with a 50% refund. He said no. Nothing about the order was correct. They reluctantly gave him a full refund. I received a phone call from a gentleman and was told that they were coming back out to Derby, KS to pick the flowers up. WTH. Where was the apology to me and my son....lost in translation, I guess. I placed an order for a PINK puppy arrangement to be delivered to my young granddaughter's school today for her birthday, but received no email confirmation of the delivery. The price was half of what all the other bids were and the service was incredible. They do all our flowers for business functions now and we have never been disappointed in the 7 years we have been using them. Highly recommend them!!!! read more

I could not have been more pleased with our flowers for my daughter's wedding reception. They were absolutely beautiful & we received so many complements on what an impact they made to the mood & setting. Pam & staff were so friendly & helpful. My daughter lives out of town & as I had set up the initial order, they scheduled time with her on the DAY before in case she wanted to make any changes, which she didn't-they were just perfect. And that the pricing was so reasonable, was just icing on the cake. Will definitely use again & cannot recommend The Flower Factory enough! read more

They did not deliver what the product description says. I ordered a basket with 4 different flower plants and they delivered 1 flower plant and 1 green weird looking plant. They didn't deliver the chocolates I ordered as well. Terrible company. When I called to tell them they said they didn't have what I ordered. I asked why he didn't simply call me to tell me. He said they give the best they can to the description. Not 1 sorry from him. He also said he is going to pick up what he delivered if I wanted a refund. It was a mother's day gift and I had to tell my mother the company will take back what they delivered. HE ALSO HUNG UP ON ME. He is a terrible owner and has a terrible company. read more

This place is great! We didn't really price compare but they seemed reasonable enough. What made me choose them is their DIY program - you can design and make your own centerpieces! You buy your flowers from FF at wholesale cost, and then are given free use of their facility for construction and storage. Then the day of your wedding, they deliver your centerpieces for free with the rest of your bouquets, boutonnieres, etc. I am a really creative, hands-on person so making my own centerpieces was really fun. The day I showed up to make my centerpieces, the florist (I forget her name) showed me my bouquets that she had just finished - the colors were WRONG! I had a bridezilla moment and freaked out, balling my eyes out. She was really patient with me and understanding. She actually pulled the bouquets apart and let me use the floral spray paints to get the bouquets just how I wanted them. In the end, the flowers were GORGEOUS! She is so great to work with I would recommend anyone to go there! read more

I ordered from this place and regret it big time!!! I ordered a potted plant arrangement along with lots of colorful flowers also mixed in, Steve calls me and says the flowers that are in the picture were not available but he could substitute it with something else, I stressed to him I wanted lots of color because it was going for a funeral (I wanted the green plant so they could keep afterwards and color for mourning the death) he said, "no problem I will make sure there is a variety of color". Well my father in law sent me a picture and to my disappointment NOTHING was like the picture, the green potted plant was not what I ordered and the ONLY color was ONE yellow flower!!! I called and talked to Steve, he instantly became upset and told me ma'am your wrong, I told him I was not wrong because I have the picture my family sent to show me. He continued to argue so I just hung up. He called back and left me a rude voicemail. Please do your research if you live out of state and need to send flowers DONT make the same mistake I did! read more

While the Flower Factory's flowers are beautiful, their customer service is not. They did my wedding and the flowers were great! Unfortunately, I noticed that my late father's rosary that I had asked them to place in my bouquet had been damaged. One of the links had been broken and replaced with wire. I understand that accidents happen but I was upset that I had not been notified. I called and left a couple messages to find out what happened and why I hadn't been told. Steve was the one to call me back (not Pam like I had requested) and I explained to him what happened. He denied that they damaged the rosary and said he helped place it on the bouquet as well. I disagreed with him and before I could ask if any other employee may have accidentally damaged it without his knowledge, he became very angry and began SCREAMING at me for supposedly calling him a liar and hung up. This is not the first review complaining about Steve and certainly won't be the last. He is completely unfit to handle customers and is only crippling Pam's business. read more
