This is a small business and they need to make a profit. 20.00 is not much for a family. I assume the fun activities were originally set up for patrons of their business. A fun atmosphere while families pick out goods to buy. It's not for people looking for something free to do! As a small business they have staff to pay and just the bounce house alone costs money to renT. I don't see the same complaints for Middleton. Anyway, we really enjoyed it. I only paid the difference in price. Within an hour, Bryan and Andrew showed up in a truck and trailer and dumped the bark I wanted and shoveled up and removed the bark I didn't want. That was amazing customer service and I am very appreciative. They went the extra mile

I went to use my riding lawn mower and after starting it it would not move. I called the service…read moredept. and they gave me a few things to try. I was unable to get to move. I called back and they scheduled a pick up the next day. When they showed up and looked at my mower he was able to get it working within 10 minutes. He took the mower out front and lubricated a few parts and it has run without problems since. Fixing the mower without hauling it back to the shop was a great help. From the person who answered the phone, the shop personnel, and employee who came to the house were all nice, professional and did everything they could to get me back to mowing.

Much of this can be purchased in bulk unlike other stores where it's by the small packet only. If you have pets and want a large selection they have it for dogs (I think for cats too), and birds. They also have riding mowers, weed whackers new & used, peat moss and soil by the bag, hay bales, and wine barrel planters (~$30/ea) and more. The service can be abrasive but not rude. They'll ask what you are looking for and they'll get you what you need. The side parking lot can be a challenge to back out of onto Lewis St.
