The signage is good enough where you can put on your blinker fast enough not to get rammed in the back. Stopped in for a quick arrangement. Amelia helped me by putting together an arrangement in my price range. The flowers were very fresh and smelled great (got a few roses and a couple other flowers along with some plant fillers). While waiting for my pop in arrangement (didn't order ahead) I was able to pick up a little stuffed bear and candy for my daughter. Everybody in Huffs was pleasant and willing to help with my needs (no matter how simple). They'll be busy for the week ahead (Valentines on Tuesday), so I'm glad I stopped by and didn't have to be rushed. All were a big hit with the ladies!

We spoke about the flowers and color matches. She made me an absolute beautiful bouquet. Peggy was super sweet and very professional. Not once did she bash Ann's. This was after leaving Joyce Merek Florist (with a bad taste left in our mouths from all the rudeness we were just served up). My mom with a background in art immediately liked the shop when she entered.. She said the creativity this florist has is made very clear with the arrangements placed all around. The owner Carol was absolutely fabulous while listening to my mom design the arrangement she would like to have.. Carol offered up some ideas that my mom was very open to. Carol told us she does not like using filler flowers such as carnations. We did expect to pay a bit on the higher side, and we were okay with doing so if we received what we were looking for. Much to our surprise we spent no where close to what we had figured. My only suggestion would be if Carol had a very minimal example book made available. Something maybe showing the different types of flowers that she uses (since so many are not the common type). Thank you Carol for a job well done, and for what I feel as going above and beyond in making sure my mother and I were 100% satisfied in your work. Stop into this shop right on the corner of Washington in the square. You'll find more than arrangements in this little shop, and even if you don't leave with something at that time.. When I looked at my methodical bridezilla (lol) spreadsheet review of florist pricing, I realized the one thing that wasn't there but mattered most: the fact that Dee REALLY took the time to listen to me and even hours on the phone to get my order for my wedding right. The result was A DREAM!!!! I barely knew what to say when they brought my bouquet in, and showed me the rest of the flowers, because in a year of planning and in the middle of one of the busiest days of my life with some things not going as planned, it was SO NICE to have this go right. My bouquet really made me feel like a princess and I even decided to keep it instead of repurposing it. I only wish I could have looked at it in it's full glory a little longer! The flowers were just so perfect, and we were even able to share them in their lovely vases with guests the next day. Thank you so much for helping make this perfect.
