I ordered a $100 designers choice arrangement for a funeral and what was delivered were 3 roses with some baby's breath. Very disappointing.

I ordered expensive flowers for Valentines Day. I was told that since the flowers were to be delivered to a business that the order would be on the first delivery truck of the day. The flowers were never delivered. I sent the flowers to my wife's workplace because I knew she and her coworkers would be very impressed. I followed up the day after Valentines Day and was told the workplace was closed so they were out for delivery the day after. The workplace did not close until 6:00 yet the delivery could not be made on Valentines Day. Note that the florist is located a mere 1.4 miles from the delivery location. I asked for my money back and was told that the flowers were being delivered a day late. What good is this? My wife and I are very disappointed. There is no holiday called "The Day After Valentines". Valentines are only special ON VALENTINES DAY. I will never use this florist again and hope all of you that read this review are forewarned. I also note that in my opinion the flowers I ordered were exorbitantly priced. I ordered them anyway because the florist was so close to the delivery location, I figured they would certainly be delivered on Valentines Day. read more

I was excited to order flowers from a local business for my moms birthday. I ordered them on 1/28/21 to be delivered on her birthday 2/5/21. They were delivered to her the next day?! On 1/29/21. I'm a little confused how this happened and when I called and left a voicemail i never received a callback. It made it look like I didn't know my moms birth date. Possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a florist. Ordered flowers to be delivered on a Th morning to beat the Valentine crunch. That didn't happen. Was promised they would be delivered the next day by 10 am. It is now noon on Friday and they still have yet to arrive. After repeated calls I was finally told they were on the truck, which is what I was told on Thursday. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't saying that it would have to go through the owner who lives in KY. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. I will say the manager is very sweet and seems to really care but the business model she is forced to work under is draconian. read more

I called them from out of state to order a plant for a funeral. They were super friendly and accommodating. I found one that i wanted which was a basket with multiple plants. I also asked for a picture before they charged me so that I could see if it was what i had envisioned. I called back before they completed it and once again changed the card and asked them for the next bigger arrangement. They were super sweet made the change and sent me a pic. It was absolutely beautiful and obvious they put their love in what they do. I will definitely use them again. read more

This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I called Nikkie a few months prior to our event and happened to catch her during a delivery. She kindly took my name and number and said she would return my call. After no call back, I tried again a few weeks later and left a message on her voicemail...again, no call back. I tried once more a couple of weeks later and left a message stating I was having an issue getting a call back. Nikkie then responded and was kind and apologetic. I requested pricing and recommendations for bridal bouquets for an upcoming wedding. She was helpful and said she would call me back with a quote on Monday. By Wednesday, I still had not received a callback and left two more messages with no response. It is understandable if she was unable to handle the request, but highly unprofessional to be completely unresponsive. She should have simply let me know she wouldn't be able to do the job. Thankfully, we found a reputable florist who was more than happy to be a part of my daughter's special day. It's now been almost three weeks and we never did get a follow up or explanation. I ordered flowers online for funeral at Berry's on Chapman Highway for Friday 2/11/2022. I called the morning on Friday to make sure they would be delivered. At first Amanda could not find the order, after a while she called back and said she found it but they were busy with Valentines Day orders and she said she had "the girl" had two blue flowers added. (the picture showed 3 flowers) like they were doing me a favor. Upon arriving at the funeral home, the flowers were there. All the white roses were dried up, the blue flowers were almost dead, the greenery that was in the back was dried up. On Saturday morning, almost all the roses were dead (never opened up) and the blue flowers were unbelievably gone. There was also a big hole in the front of the arrangement which seemed like something was amiss. I tried calling 2 times on 2/14/2022, no answer. I called today and left a message, no reply. This arrangement was $125.00 plus tax, plus delivery totalling $150.00. I would never recommend Flower Pot again, which is sad because I used them a lot at one time. All I needed was some type of credit for the dried up ruined flowers, not necessarily the $150.00. Flower Pot, you need to treat customers right, especially in a funeral situation, and who cares about Valentines Day when someone has died. I will be at my credit union to dispute this along with pictures. read more

I had looked up this business on Google, they had good reviews and their prices were reasonable. I called the shop because I had a question. They were very kind on the phone and helpful. The flowers I ordered for my brother that was in the hospital was delivered the next day. I received 2 emails regarding delivery. One was a personal email from the person that delivered to his room. I have sent flowers in the past from internet flower services and was very disappointed in the quality. My brother sent a picture of the flowers and they looked great! I requested a $75 bouquet of multicolored tulips for Mother's Day The arrangement in the photo below was what arrived. I think there are 3 tulips in it and they are all the same color. I called when it arrived because mistakes happen. I assumed the wrong bouquet was delivered. I was directed by the person that answered the phone to email a photo and my order confirmation and it would be made right. I spent my time doing just that. Nothing was ever done to rectify the situation an no one ever even responded to my email. So in summary I spent $100 on something I didn't order and don't like and wasted my time detailing the problem only to be ignored. I placed an order for 2 wrist corsages for my Daughter's prom 2 weeks ago. My Daughter and her friend chose orchids. Flower Pot told me they could do a green orchid that was beautiful. Flower Pot called less than 24 hours before the time of pick up to inform me they will not have those flowers. They asked if I just wanted to cancel and I said no because this is very last minute. We had multiple conversations about the new corsages. We agreed on new flowers for the corsages. I reaffirmed pick up time at 12:00 pm on Saturday. I went with my Daughter to pick up her corsages at noon today and they were not ready. The designer wasn't apologetic or even slightly polite. I was told a time for pick up was never specified. I explained that it had been specified multiple times and said I will take my business elsewhere. We did. A florist is making corsages for my Daughter on the fly but she is upset. These folks screwed this up royally. They not only made my Daughter's prom day stressful, they were rude and unapologetic. I will make sure to tell anyone looking for a florist not to go here. Rudeness is unforgivable. read more

I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. What she received was absolutely beautiful, but didn't seem to be quite the size (fullness, number of flowers, etc.) as what was pictured online. I ordered the premium arrangement and it looked more like the standard. After emailing them about the concern and including some pictures, I was offered a new arrangement or a refund of the difference. Not getting what was pictured seems like a common issue for most florists, but at least The Flower Pot is providing great customer service and trying to make it right. Mistakes happen and flowers are difficult. 5 stars for being an example of serving customers. read more

Wow! The flowers I received were gorgeous. My boyfriend sent them to me after I had surgery and they came right on time and brightened my day! The card was neatly placed in the bouquet and you can tell it was professionally done. Besides the beauty the smell was absolutely wonderful. Days prior to placing an order, I called to ask about an arrangement and the local clerk pulled the recipe for the bouquet and told me all the lovely flowers (no daisies, I said) that were to be in it. Days later, I called in the order and was shocked when the receiver sent me a picture. It was three roses, one stem of smaller roses on top and the rest were daisies. I called the local store and the clerk told me that chrysanthemums were daisies. That did not account for all the other lovely flowers they told me were to be in the arrangement.
