I am writing this review almost 2 years later just do to the busy hustle of life. I went to my…read moreconsultation for my wedding flowers and brought along my now husband and mother in law, the shop was very welcoming but I'm not gonna lie the picking everything out process is very intimidating. There are a ton of options and everything is a bit overwhelming but I feel like it needs to be so you get exactly what you want! We did have a little trouble with their payment system but that was very minor. The day of my wedding all of my flowers arrived beautiful and lasted days and days after! we had a small inconvenience because We were told cake flowers were included with what we purchased but none came but we fixed that with a simple pull some flowers from the arch piece. I was super pleased and got everything and more I could have wanted from my flowers! highly recommend.

Me and my coworkers were sending our boss flowers after her mother's passing. I tried to order…read moreonline and couldn't. I called the shop, spoke to a man, placed the order and provided him my card number. He asked if I wanted delivery for Thursday or Friday. 3 hours later I noticed I still hadn't been charged. I called and requested a receipt or invoice to provide to my coworkers. He told me system was down, he'd send to me the next day. Next day, still nothing (and it was Thursday, delivery day) but I didn't have time to call. So I called Friday this time getting a woman named Judy. Judy was very professional. I told her about the issue with no receipt or anything and asked about delivery. She checked back with the man, called me back and said he was under the impression Friday delivery was okay due to weather. I said oh, I wasn't aware about the weather, it was never mentioned. I said Friday was fine, but if they couldn't deliver Friday to please go ahead and cancel the order and I'll order elsewhere. Friday night at 8pm, still nothing so I assumed they went ahead and cancelled. I ordered elsewhere, who delivered following day, smooth transaction with no issues. An hour after the 2nd company delivered, there was a debit attempt to my card (that I had locked after seeing terrible reviews), so I called immediately. I told Judy I thought the order was cancelled since I was still never charged. She said they delivered the order. I was very frustrated. I asked why they would deliver without payment, doesn't make sense to me. She said they trust their customers. She said she was going to call "him" and call me back. She called back saying she was told either we can go pick up the flowers (from my boss who just lost her mother and is grieving), or I can pay for them. She said she was just the messenger a few times and I felt terrible for her. You could tell she did NOT agree with this. I told her under no circumstances to go back to my boss's house, and asked if the man could call me. The man named Trent called me restricted a few mins later saying he was calling at my request. I told him the issues, never getting debited, receipt, and the issue with delivery date, and I advised just to cancel if they couldn't deliver Friday. I was very polite during all of this, but definitely frustrated. He proceeded to tell me he's "not God and can't control the weather", I was shocked at this response. I told him not only is he not God, but he's not very godly person and has sketchy business practices. Wanting to go pick up flowers, from my boss, after their mistake. At this point I was so aggravated I told him to resubmit payment, he clearly needs it more than me. He did. Considering I was never given a total or receipt I received a charge for $26.57 more than the website showed, excluding taxes. All in all, terrible learning experience and I will never not check reviews again.

We noticed this discount "name-brand" bakery when driving through Seymour, TN, and stopped in on a…read morewhim. (Sept, 2023). They have a wide variety of discounted breads, hot dog and hamburger rolls, snack cakes, and other miscellaneous items. *Variety of items. (rating: 5/5). *Value: 5/5. *Staff: 5/5. Kudos to the friendly cashier, Marie. *Parking: 4/5. Plentiful free parking in front of the shop. Downgraded slightly because of slight difficulty in merging back onto highway during rush hour. We purchased a total of 7 (5 different) items, most of which were a great value. (1) Nature's Own Hawaiian Bread, 2 (20 oz loaves) for only a total of $1.70 (under a buy-one, get-one promotion). They have a "best by" date two days in the future. (2) 2 TastyKake glazed lemon-flavored pies for only 75-cents each. The original marked price was $2.29 each. Best-by date: today. Most small snack cakes with longer expiration dates were $1.35. (3) TastyKake, Caramel Apple Mini Donuts, 11.5 oz, $2.75 (not sure of original price or expiration date); (4) TastyKake, Pecan Swirls (16 count, 16 oz, $3.75). Original price: $5.29. Expiration: Nov, 2023. (5). Beer Nuts, Bar Mix, 8 oz., $4.99. No original price or expiration date. Our total bill came to only $15.69. When we got back to the car, we checked our receipt and found that we had been charged $5.99 for the beer nuts. We returned to the shop, double-checked that the price was supposed to be $4.99, and returned to the cashier. She informed us that she couldn't give us a refund for the over-charged $1 because of their computer system. We would need to return tomorrow to discuss with the manager. Alternatively, we could return the item. We decided to just keep it at the higher price. This would have been a 5-star rating if it hadn't been for this incident. I'm not concerned about losing $1, but am dismayed that a cashier wouldn't have the capability to "fix" an error made by the company. As tourists, we don't expect to be near Seymour again to return to the shop "to talk with a manager" after the overcharge on the nuts.
