Sad part is we were suppose to receive 2 flower arrangements and instead sent 2 of the same that looked like they bought flowers from the side of the road and arranged them in mason jars. Second the website is not mobile friendly, so don't even try that route. Ordered a nice looking bouquet online on a Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery. They didn't arrive until l Friday afternoon with no notice of late delivery or anything! After they had not been delivered Wednesday I tried calling them Thursday afternoon and they wouldn't pick up or return my call. Tried emailing them too and no response. Then I went to the address listed on Yelp (there is no address on their website) in Roseville Square and surprised that the shop doesn't even exist there. Local business in the plaza told me there was a flower shop that moved or went out of business about a year ago. At this point I assumed I had been scammed, so I called my credit card company, reported the fraudulent transaction and at their suggestion canceled my credit card. Now I get to deal with the fallout from doing that. Great fun. Then my wife texts me on Friday afternoon thanking me for the flowers. The bouquet was really beautiful but after all this I am still just left shaking my head. Absolute worst communication I've ever experienced with a flower shop. Who does business like this??? Not one I'll be frequenting in the future.

I completed the whole transaction online. After ordering, I got a tracking number and updates. Once it was delivered, a picture was sent as proof of delivery. Thank you for a seamless and easy experience! Pros: there was a wide variety of floral selections available despite it being Valentine's Day week. I was able to choose a sympathy flower arrangement and the delivery fee was a flat rate of $14, no extra charge for same day (cutoff was 11 AM for same day delivery). My friends loved the arrangement! Cons: none.

The bouquets and boutonnières were waiting for us in water when we arrived at the venue. They were beautiful and better than we imagined. The center pieces blew us away and were perfectly sized for the reception space. They even did a sneak peak on instagram so we could see the flowers before the wedding. Dottie is truly professional and had lots of great experience delivering perfect flowers for every bride. Staging: Mattie was so knowledgeable and organized. She really helped us fine tune our vision and gave excellent advice on what would look best in the space. She was even willing to add our seating chart last minute. She worked closely with us to really nail down our "vision", and when we met in late summer she actually had a mock up (using real/gorgeous flowers!) and allowed us to take the centerpiece home. That blew me away! In late August I had a bit of a change in my vision due to bridesmaid dresses, and I expressed my concern (lighter colors, etc). She knew the exact fix, and the bouquets were breathtaking. When she delivered the boquets to the hotel, they nearly brought me to tears (I already had makeup done so I couldn't cry!) They were beyond my expectations, and just perfect! When I arrived at the reception, she had also gone WAY above and beyond by providing chair florals (which were not within our budget) and also had prepared a "special" head table centerpiece. I had multiple people ask for her information, and without hesitation I would recommend for any event! She was such a nice person to work with, and her product was just beyond perfect! I'm sure there is so much more behind he scenes I don't even know about (I got word she stayed to help set out the centerpieces/chair florals at our venue, etc) but everything I do know makes me so greatful we found her!
