They guided me in the selection of flowers and made me a very pretty wrap that was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Prices were very reasonable especially for the quality. I send my MIL flowers semi frequently in an attempt to keep her spirits bright. I arranged a Christmas Eve delivery to both my home and hers. For this order, I just got her the basic arrangement without an upgrade. I was thrilled with the size, quality, and amount of roses in her arrangement. That is not why I am updating my review. A few minutes after my arrangement was delivered, I received the call that she had a medical emergency and was being taken to the hospital via ambulance. There would be no one at her home to receive the delivery. I called The Flower Shoppe and explained. The response was "We will take care of it." No attitude just an immediate response that the flowers will be rerouted no problem. No explanation that they don't have time since they are bogged down due to it being Christmas Eve. No explanation they have to charge me. They simply handled it. It is sad to say that (nowadays) I don't always expect customer service of that level to be a given. I had the best experience working with The Flower Shoppe for my wedding, which I was planning in 1 month. Maryam has a great eye! She kept things very easy and simple for me. I sent her some ideas of what I wanted and she delivered big time! In just a mere 4 weeks, Maryam and her team were able to create the most beautiful and vibrant bouquets, centerpieces, altar decorations, boutonnières, and corsages for my ceremony and reception. Imagine my shock when I flew in and saw the pitiful flowers and inappropriate card that had been delivered to my grandmother at Baker Place in Vineland. Initially I thought a local shop from "down the street" would be a perfect way to perpetuate local business instead of using an online service. See the note they sent. Happy Mother's Day needs an apostrophe. "You're the best" is the contraction for you are. The flowers look like weeds. Bouquets at Acme for $10 are much better in quality, freshness, color, and arrangement. How could you deliver such a product and embarrass the giver and the receiver? I would not order from this shop. Please take better care of families who want to share love. Next time I will go with 1800 Flowers or another establishment that sends a quality product and can spell. read more

I had a relative admitted to the hospital for Covid-19 and the hospital would not allow any flowers to be delivered. The staff at The Flower Shoppe was very considerate, kind, and patient and was willing to wait until they could receive flowers. When my relative was discharged to the local rehab the owner was very happy that my relative was making a good recovery -- a genuine care for someone she didn't know -- and was excited to deliver the flowers right way. What more can I add? A business that cares for customers in a way that is more than just "good customer service" and "turning a profit?" Very hard to find this kind of caring in any business these days -- but The Flower Shoppe is one of those businesses. read more

The Flower Shoppe in Vineland does not know what a heart pillow is supposed to be for a funeral. Instead of a pillow, they give you a piece of cardboard with a piece of foam on the back and they soaked the foam so the flowers stay fresh but it's so wet you cannot put this piece of crap in the coffin. it's supposed to be an actual pillow shaped like a heart with flowers on it. Instead, would you get is a piece of cardboard cut out like a heart and the tip of the heart is not even there. it was totally embarrassing. The picture they sent you prior to making it and looks OK and actually looks good but then when you get it. All you can do is cry from embarrassment. It actually looked like a little child made it. I suggest you find a real florist. That knows what they're doing. I will never go there again and I will tell my friends and relatives. shame on you flower shop. Plus when you call them and you tell them how this satisfied you are they hang up on you. read more

My experience with Flower Shoppe started when me and my fiancé got engaged. I met Maryam, who is the sweetest and just an amazing person I have ever met during my wedding planning. She was not just a person who agreed to be our wedding florist, but she is the one who explained me everything what was needed, when, where and etc. She became my friend! I did not expect to find someone like her and with her professionality, with an excellent quality and good price in Vineland. She was such a blessing for our family. We decided to do an outdoor ceremony and on our wedding day the weather changed and it was very rainy that day. But Maryam did everything as wee planned, she delivered us the flowers, then she decorated everything under the cold rain. She did an amazing work and she is an excellent expert at her flower industry. The quality and professionalism were on top of the tops. My wedding bouquet was fresh for a couple of days and withstood 3 days of wedding photo sessions. I was and still so impressed of her kindness, patience and help! She did much more than I asked for! Ordered from this place based solely on its previous Yelp review, without too much reading into it. I was looking for a place near my girlfriend's workplace for delivery. The arrangement was even prettier than I could've imagined. The service over the phone was quite good. Though, I do have to vouch for the fact there is a reasonably steep price tag. I might order from again, but this time around I might do some competitive pricing research as well. read more

Out of my price range, but if you want to send something nice, you can't do any better. The Cavagnaro family takes pride in their family business. They also have a nice selection of gifts, houseplants and even some perennials. The floral arrangements range from the traditional to modern. Their floral designers are very versatile and can put together something for anyone's tastes. They always sell quality products and take pride in their business. You can't go wrong at the Flower Shoppe, but don't expect a deal. They're the most expensive florist in the area. read more

I just ordered flowers via phone for my wife for Valentine's Day and, without a lot of input from me, they put together a lovely, multi-colored and multi-flower arrangement. They also delivered it on Valentine's Day, per my request and adhered to social distancing guidelines. Whether it was for a mother's day bouquet, flower's just to say thanks, umm, prom /:, and this latest time, for a birthday gift, they've always come through in style. I highly recommend TFS based on their selection, consistency, quality, and attention to detail. I placed an order on a Monday for delivery on a Friday, with specific directions about where to place the flowers should no one be home to receive them. This Florist out did themselves. My daughter's wedding was beautiful. The shoppe was able to bring AZ to NJ. The cactus and succulents come out the way my daughter wanted them especially living in AZ and planning a wedding in NJ. They were so to accommodating a week before the wedding when a family member unspecific was unable to do the centerpieces for the tables, I highly recommend the Flower Shoppe for any events that would like something different. read more

Growing up I always ordered from The Flower Shoppe. The product was always worth the money. The past few purchases were less than desirable. This final delivery is what caused me to write this review. My mother retired this year so I called to custom order an arrangement that was based off of one I saw on the website. I was very specific in my ordering. I specified color of the flowers I'd like as well as what kind of greens. I ordered an all white arrangement with berries and greens so that it would be perfect for Christmas. When it arrived it was white flowers with bright peach roses and light pink flowers. I immediately called and was told that the only way to rectify the situation was for them to go and retrieve the arrangement and replace it with a new one. First of all by the time they would have arrived with the replacement, she would have been gone from work for the day. Secondly the last thing I wanted was for them to come in and take back flowers that she had just received. When I called to voice my concerns and told them that I would not like them taken back I was asked why I was calling. I responded with, " wouldn't you like to know when your customers are unhappy." I was told that the owner would be informed. The following day I called back because I was still bothering me. I was told that they never refund money but were willing to give me a %10 discount. For all my troubles I was only given $10 back. Their customer service is not what it use to be and I will not be returning. read more

I have always used this place. They have the most beautiful flower arrangements. However, I used them for my wedding and had a very different experience. The center pieces were not put together correctly and the very worst part was they did not include our throw away boquet. Kind of important part that they messed up on. When I went back to tell them they messed up, nothing they could do for me. Very disapointed with their attitude toward this. read more

Terrible!!! My husband sent me a rose arrangement for my birthday. It was extremely messy. It looked nothing like the arrangements on the website. Their delivery lady might have been a mute and apparantly had no idea how to smile, not to mention when she handed me the hidious arrangement, the water spilled on me. I contacted the shop shortly after and was told I can have a refund if I give the flowers back or a replacement. Then they proceded to tell me that there was only one "designer" in and the replacement would look the exact same. I didn't even bring up the customer-service-challenged delievery girl.
