Not one for flights of fancy in miracle cures, the Palm Organix ad intrigued me. They sell Hemp Oil in varying concentrations that claim to relieve symptoms of insomnia, anxiety and even pain. I had been doing my own research on hemp oil so I had lots of questions I wanted to ask someone face to face.  Enter David, the associate whom I grilled like a senate congressional hearing. I must say I was satisfied with his answers. He knew the product, understood the dosing and was knowledgeable about chemical bonding and absorprion rates within the body.  [I have 3years OChem]  He administered a sample of the tincture and spoke to us about all of their products. We made our purchases and left. IDK if it was a psychosomatic or real response but after 15 minutes I had realized I had stopped limping and my knee didn't hurt nearly as much. Mind you I still had pain but it was significantly dulled and I was no longer walking with a significant limp.  I've taken a dose for 2 days and I was fine. Today I forgot and I am definitely feeling pain. So tomorrow I will resume dosage and see if there is a difference for the better.  We plan on returning for another product we want to try. Within 10 minutes you realize the difference between organically, safely grown items and the crap you buy at the stands. Their products are unbelievably good. They even have a binder out showing you lab results, how their products are grown and tested, etc for 100% transparency. Who does that nowadays with anything? I have a torn mcl and need surgery but have put it off for quite a while and this product really makes it so much easier. They have drops that you take sublingual (tinctures), creams, and more. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I can no longer do that. The employee working behind the counter questioned my 26-year-old boyfriend's ID, immediately concluded it was fake, and called the police without involving a manager or taking any reasonable steps to verify the identification first. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the employee escalated it unnecessarily. When the responding officers confirmed that his ID was completely valid, the employee's response was, "So you're not going to do anything?" Even after being proven wrong, she still appeared determined to have a paying customer arrested. That was honestly the most shocking part of the entire experience. Mistakes can happen, especially with different forms of identification such as enhanced driver's licenses. However, there is a significant difference between asking questions or involving a manager and immediately calling law enforcement while falsely accusing a customer of using a fake ID. He was treated like a criminal over a legitimate ID, and it was embarrassing, unnecessary, and completely avoidable. This experience reflects a serious lack of training, professionalism, and customer service. There are too many dispensaries with knowledgeable, respectful staff to tolerate being treated this way. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I will no longer be recommending The Flowery to friends or family.
