Keep in mind, this was after the staff and manager admitted the vape was leaking. After trying to bargain, I was able to get 15% off my next purchase. For comparison, most other dispensaries offer a full exchange in my experience for the defective vape. The whole 5 day warranty the staff pitches is bogus.
