Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Buyer Beware…read more My husband and I were on vacation when we were unexpectedly locked out of our vehicle and needed a replacement key. Unfortunately, we felt we had no choice but to use this company because of the situation. We were charged over $700 for a replacement key, which we found to be extremely excessive. In hindsight, we should have contacted AAA and had our vehicle towed directly to the dealership, which likely would have been a significantly more reasonable option. What was most disappointing was the overall experience and the feeling that the price was based on our circumstances rather than the actual value of the service provided. We felt taken advantage of during a stressful situation. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and checking with your dealership or roadside assistance provider before agreeing to a price. Many on google said they were closed, many were reportedly open but didn't answer, and the ones who did answer refused to drive from Myrtle Beach to Conway. Then I called Perry. He asked for my address and arrived at my house within 25 minutes... no muss/ no fuss! He tried to unlock my lock for about an hour. I was super afraid he would give up and leave but he didn't. He kept trying until he got me inside. Turns out the only reason the lock took so long is due to failsafes in the lock's design to keep it from being picked. I asked him to drill off the lock and even when it broke a drill bit, he kept going. That's why I say he's persistent. This guy is the best!
