I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the food was - from the pass around hor devours to the buffet main course. The mini sliders must have been angus or some top end beef, best in class. Through meetings at work, I had the chance to use Food Architects for catering services. Their services and food quality never failed! I decided to use their catering service for a small gathering at my house. The food was spectacular! Everyone loves the gourmet sandwiches, their homemade ranch chips and their potato salad. My personal favorite is their portobello mushroom and mozzarella cheese sandwich. It comes with other veggies and a flavored type of mayo. Hmm, it's delicious and I'm not even a vegetarian but heck, I'll have it again any day. You can have the food delivered or picked up. I opt to pick up the food and they are very prompted. When we got to the place, the food is set aside. Their place is small and you can order food but only to go. It's not a sit in place. Samantha is very friendly and I appreciate her honesty and in finding ways to save me money. She gave me some recommendations on the menu. They catered a house party we had. Great food and great service. They did everything they promised they would. The pass-around items were delicious. All kinds of sandwiches (pulled pork, chicken something, vegetable something) plus a lot of others I can't remember but it was all great. The main courses were as good as the starters. Pasta with sausage and beans, sliced steak, chicken francese, a great vegetarian entrée with I think Napoleon in the name, plus some other stuff I can't remember exactly what. They came highly recommended by a couple of friends who had used them in the past. I understand that they also do a lot of corporate catering. I used the Food Architects to plan my sister's bridal shower brunch. Anthony spent a lot of time with me on the phone making sure we got the menu perfect! We had eggs benedict, quiche with feta cheese, spinach, mushrooms & peppers, bacon wrapped shrimp, pretzel croissants, various kinds of delicious danishes, Food Architects' FAMOUS potato salad, an amazing mixed green salad, health salad with various grains, and fresh fruit with homemade whipped cream! They also brought coffee & tea carafes that stayed steaming hot ALL DAY LONG! Everything was quick and easy. Even when the staff came back to pick everything up afterwards, they were like the flash. They had the cleanup down to a science. They even brought us nice containers to put the leftovers in (which were great to eat over the next few days...yum). I cannot tell you how much I want to recommend them to anyone and everyone! I want to host another event just so I can have Anthony's delicious food again!
