Dear Judd: thanks for your kind reply. You have our number and it would be easiest if you want to…read morefix these issues to talk to us directly. However since you asked what might help let me try to restate my husband's concern. Clearly you have not been fully informed about the situation. At no time did I suggest I didn't need help. To not talk with either me or my husband prior to posting something about us wanting a maid --something that I never said (this is so ridiculous!) just perpetuates the unprofessional operations and communications we experienced. We used your service a couple of days after I had surgery on my lower spinal column since immediately after I could not move very easily. As my husband explained, we spoke on the phone and had to ask to have the contact picked up. We interviewed Lisa and one other person who accompanied Lisa to our home with some surprise as two people seemed like a bit of overkill. This is especially so when originally, I, the housebound person, was asked to return the 17 page contract that was emailed, by faxing or scanning it and had to ask Lisa how she anticipated I get it back to you and effect your retainer. I filled out a list of items of what we wanted done from your approved list of items while Lisa was at my home. If these approved items are not what you offer perhaps you need to redo your forms. Home bound people can't be expected to comb through a 17 page contract to figure out what services you offer. Lisa and the other manager (?) left with the list and made no comment about there being any problems or limits. Lisa mentioned the name of one contractor, but, surprisingly sent us someone with a different name the next day. I was asked by the helper what I needed help with. I thought she would arrive with the list I just filled out the day before, but she said she had no idea and had not gotten a list from Lisa. The list included preparing a meal, making some tea and cleaning the kitchen afterward etc., and starting a load of clothes, things I could not do. I was not aware you are a nursing outfit. I manuevered my walker back to bed. When I was interrogated the next day, in a very roundabout way by Lisa--- beginning with what I thought of the workers performance over three hours ( she was only retained for four hours that day) while I slept, I said it was fine but had to drag out of Lisa why she was actually calling. She never asked me what the helper had actually done. Instead Lisa began to talk about your 20 percent policy and explained something along the lines that only my covers could be fluffed or that some handholding could take place in my bedroom or that this woman could go to the store for me. At that point it seemed to me your company just wasn't a very good fit. I don't know why Lisa could not have sussed this out the prior day as we had exactly that conversation when she was in our home and we explained (and demonstrated) my condition. We're sure that Lisa knows your contract much better than we do and perhaps she can help you find some effective ways to use it in a customer interview so that everyone doesn't just waste their time. In fact it's not your contract so much but your managers' lack of common sense or communication skills that are most problematic. I would anticipate your managers can do all the warning and suggest appropriate activities while face to face with a customer rather than just taking money for an inappropriate contracting situation. If your service is to have someone come over and watch me sleep I could have saved us all the time and trouble since I would not be willing to have my family pay you $30.00 an hour for that. However, given your manager's attitude and inability to satisfactorily distinguish what tasks were approved since making me a meal, emptying a dishwasher and cleaning up the kitchen after a meal is prepared, and talking with my husband while I slept, (pretty much all your worker did the day before) it did not seem to me prudent or necessary to retain your company further. It would obviously be less brain damage to simply find a more experienced and customer-oriented company. Obviously while ambulatory, I could not bend or lift anything and although I had planned to have the helper change my bed , fix another evening meal and answer phones I'd had just about enough pain in the backside for the week. I told Lisa we were clearly not a good fit, had nothing further for your company to do and bade her good day. Upshot--you lost two days of work (and perhaps this week as well ) because your managers cannot effectively deploy resources, address concerns, problem solve, or,frankly, communicate what it is you do. I'm sure you (and Lisa) are a fine person, but you can't be everywhere and it may be difficult to stay in business if things continue in this fashion. Just thought you'd want to know. Sincerely yours, Michelle

The owner was extremely helpful in suggesting what to put together as a gift and introduction to her lovely lotions and soaps and she was spot on with her recommendations! The Honey & Oat goat milk lotion is silky smooth and hydrates dry skin quickly. The Lavender Body Butter - AMAZING! I've always appreciated the long-lasting and penetrating moisture from body butter and this version does not disappoint! A small amount goes a long way with ingredients like almond and coconut oil, shea butter and goat's milk it hydrated my very dry hands easily. The beeswax based Healing balm is perfect for small cuts and fantastic at softening dry cuticles. The Lavender shower steamers were a complete surprise and delight! I've never experienced such wonderful fragrance and relaxation in the shower. I also received two goat's milk lip balms and they are like silky butter. I look forward to enjoying more products from Mountain Essentials in the future!

Upon entering we were greeted by Joanna with a friendly and welcoming smile, she brought us to the fusion drip room, which is bright, sun-filled with comfy white reclining chairs and the most AMAZING view of Mt. Crested Butte. Joanna offered us a wide variety of healthy hydration drink options; we booth choose the refreshing coconut water. As we settled in, Shannon and Joanna got us all set for our Immunity Boost IVs. Both Shannon and Joanna were wonderfully smooth, efficient, and caring with administering our IVs. My husband and I felt so well taken care of, once we were set up, Shannon stayed with us to make sure we were feeling good and comfortable. Shannon's energy is beautiful and so supportive. The owner, Lisa came in to chat with us for a bit and connect, was so great getting to know Lisa, loved learning about her passion for wellness, and her medicine of "kindness" was felt thru her whole team and practice.... we felt so welcomed and nurtured at Fusion. Both my husband and I felt amazing after our IV treatment, and it's been not even 24 hours and I feel my immune system has been supercharged!!! Again, I can't recommend Fusion, Lisa, Shannon, and Joanna enough. What a truly incredible experience we had, I will for sure be back to maintain my overall wellness... I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Lisa came in to introduce her self to us and was very pleasant and explained the practice and some of the services to us. She is a top notch doctor with lots of experience. I highly recommend this Wellness Lounge for their professionalism, cleanliness, and great customer service. Oh ya, I felt like a million bucks after the drip! Still do!
