Sept. 2023. I should have read the 1-star reviews before bothering to call Claudia and Edwin from The Four Seasons Handyman. There are several reviews similar to mine. Edwin came out in August to look at a few jobs we wanted done: light electrical, fallen shutters from a storm, baseboards installed. Claudia sent over an itemized quote, and we decided to move forward with the electrical work. Claudia and Edwin agreed to perform the electrical work two weeks out (Sept 5th). See pics for the text history with Claudia where on short notice she rescheduled the work to Sept 6th, and then on Sept 6th didn't show up at the scheduled time and rescheduled again to Sept 7th and again didn't show up on Sept 7th and texts went unanswered and calls went to a full voicemail box. My advice is to not waste your time with this company and instead find a company who cares about customer service and who values homeowners' time. read more

Unprofessional. Disreputable. Did not complete job. In fact, damaged property by breaking water line but denied any responsibility. Stalked my home for payment. Sent me ugly text messages accusing me of being racist. BEWARE: these people will bilk you for money, do a pitiful job, and disappear. I am seeking to hold them responsible for thousands of dollars of repair to my property caused by them breaking a water line. read more

Been meaning to write this for a while. Great wife and husband team who were perfect for our handyperson needs! Very nice and easy to get along with but also very professional, gave us full quotes before the jobs, and fixed one small error without any awkwardness or complaint! For us they did - Light fixture in very awkward stair way - installed kitchen vent and ducted out of the roof - installed vent in bathroom - this required tile work which was excellent! Have already recommended them to friends and family (my dad is so happy with their help painting his new place). Also, very easy to communicate and text with. read more

I thought I was getting a crew for some projects and only one man came named Ed Chavez. He spent a couple days & left a mess; said he was done, I showed him what was NOT done & what needed REDOING yet I paid him after he promised to come back and complete the work he left undone and fix the ugly places he "repaired" that looked just awful. My mistake there- I should have withheld payment until he DID come back to finish; I took him at his word. He never showed back up, never responded to my texts, just gone - with my big chunk of money. The 52 year old woman Claudia (who supposedly is his wife but has a totally different name) doesn't do anything-at least at our home she didn't. All can say is buyer beware! They moved here nit even a year ago from Ca. I had to pay a professional company to come in behind him and sand everything down and redo it. Please note to yourself that just because people seem kind and so nice doesn't mean they really are. They're on the loose in Atlanta with no residential address here Then the WOMAN has the NERVE to leave me some crazy message here in YELP- (Read the "Reviews not shown" from last yr when they were living in Ca.) -Don't Hire or you get more of her & her insanity. read more

Not only did they do a great job on fixing my sliding glass door and putting up blinds in a couple of rooms, they're price is more than competitive than others. Four Seasons should be your first call for home handyman needs! We had a "variety" of projects, including door and gate replacement, as well as securing our fence line to keep the dog confined. They also installed a security light for us, and even helped with recommendations on the type of light that best suited our needs and budget. All of this with minimal supervision and great pricing. Sweet family. They did a really good job cleaning two of my area rugs. However, one rug was delicate and thin, and when I got it back, the threads were significantly ripped at the edges. This wasn't the condition of the rug when I gave it to them, I believe more attention should be given to delicate rugs in the future to avoid that. They initially used the wrong machine on the thin rug which probably contributed to the rips. Thick rug had no issues at all. Overall, they seem to do well with carpet and thick area rugs. read more
