I didn't like that I couldn't just add the exact amount if funds needed for my load. Smallest amount you can add is $10 and a wash load is around $8 depending on options you select. If I had known that dryer is $2 for 30 min, it would have worked out perfectly but the app doesn't give you prices until you're ready to start a machine. I think I left $1.50 unused in the app and I used quarters for the dryer because I didn't want to add $10 again. Bring your own detergent- they have a small box of Tide in a machine for $1.50- pretty sure that's too expensive. It is pretty busy there and there are some ladies there doing large orders but nobody seems to be there to help customers. I had an issue with a machine though and asked one of these ladies and they helped me. The bench to sit on was broken and uncomfortable but they had good tables set up for folding and the facility and machines were clean.

The facility is clean, so many machines and dryers available, and the staff is friendly. It's coin only so bring cash and you can get coins from their machine. It's open to the public on weekends and Wednesday starting at 9am. Their drop off rate is something like $2.50/lb with a 15lb min and we just didn't have that much to wash. I'm so grateful this place was here as we needed to do laundry twice during our stay.
