Beware of the dryers if using credit card. You scan your card and it automatically charges you 10.00 for 20 minutes. I only wanted 5 minutes. Use coins. It does not state this on the dryers. read more

The lady who owns this Laundromat has to be the hardest worker I've ever seen. I had to swipe my card a few times as it wasn't grabbing and it ended up double charging me. Very clean, many machines and all were working from what I saw. The only reason for the 4 stars is accessibility. The parking is scarce and if you have to carry in your laundry you don't want to be a mile away at the parking lots. I visited during Covid though and so that may have affected the parking because they let the restaurants set up dining areas in the streets and blocked them off. Also it may be that way all the time during the summer months. But if you can get there and find a spot go to this laundry mat over other near Dillon Reservoir. It's the best in the area! read more

Great laundromat. Wash machines and some driers now accept Visa and MasterCard! Reliable coin machine. Clean space. Great wifi. Varied machines for big and small jobs. Not inexpensive, but worth it. Delicious food abound while you wash, or a bookstore or nail salon across the street. Plan ahead and get a massage while you dry! Hours on this site are wrong. Always clean. You can use credit card or coins for the machines. They have a coin machine for change. 3 big industrial washers. And lots of dryers. The wash usually takes about 25 minutes, and the dryer takes about 45-60 minutes. In the warmer months they have a dog wash located right on the side to wash your pet! It's great! Recently remodeled, always clean, has Air Shammee blow dryers to dry your car, 3 bays have sliding doors so you can close both sides and wash during windy/cold weather, and has a "Super Bay" for large vehicles such as semi trucks, sprinter vans, RVs, ATVs on trailers, etc. Just remember to press the STOP button to stop the charges on your credit card when done. Wow, if you come on a SUNDAY get here EARLY or you are stuck using the large expen$ive washers. The small ones are $3. It's set up so you can use a credit card, but you use it on each machine you use. (I have been to ones where you use your CC on a prepaid card. This one isn't that way.) You can also use cash. Drying is 25 cents for 6 minutes. The facility is kind of small and crowded. No place to park an RV. read more

The laundry machines worked great, I put 3 stars because we used the dog wash and I'd give that a 1. The setup is very nice, but our credit card was charged the full $10 on half price Tuesday and there was no shampoo in the machine, so he got an 8 min rinse for $10. read more

Watch out! The credit card machines put a hold on your bank account for double the price of a wash. So hopefully you aren't washing or drying more than a few loads because you can quickly lose access to $30-$50. You don't know this but assume you've been accidentally double charged when you check your bank account. You check your bank account because when you swipe your card, no where on the machine does it show the transaction amount (as the coin operated machines do). I was suspicious not knowing how much I had been charged so I checked my bank account, as any average person would do. There were no signs to tell you there would be a hold on your account for double the amount. Why is there a hold on your account for doing a couple loads of laundry??? Laundry mat owners know their market, it's tourists and middle income workers...yet when I called the owner to ask if I had been double charged he had a poor attitude and said "its only a problem for people who check their bank accounts often".... I suppose he was insinuating I'm broke or a cheap ass, either way this laundry mat lost this frequent summer customer today and many of my friends will also not be doing laundry here, not only because of the holds on our accounts, but also because in this day and age customer service is everything. I work at a university and my job is to help business's, this guy needs help. He will lose customers simply because of his bad business practices and crappy attitude... It's that simple...
