I was very very disappointed. I asked for round event hall tables. When I arrived there were 3…read moresmall tables not what I agreed to. Bathroom was disgusting not clean mop bucket was in there with dirty brown water and the sink was disgusting not clean. The trash was not emptied at all in the bathroom. Ketchup was on the tables and the chairs were dirty. I was very disappointed really would like my money back. IMPROVE CLEANING AND DO NOT SAY YOU HAVE CERTAIN TABLES ECT BUT YOU DO NOT....take in consideration that people pay money and to get to the location the day of everything was not what was discussed is a major problem!!!

I feel I need to do a review on the service I received on November 4, 2017. To start at the…read morebeginning, being new to the Milledgeville Georgia area, I did a search for rental spaces on Google. I decided to go with Mi Jumpers. Initial discussion about prices and what would all be included were fine, so I put the required deposit down and gave a smiley face rating for the service after I was texted my receipt on October 10th. Fast-forward to the next encounter on Oct.31st I added an additional hour (just for set-up and decorations) now I am supposed to have the building from 12:30 until 5:00 unless I needed more time and I would pay for the extra time then. I went back one last time on November 2nd to see the space again to visualize how I would put the decorations. This time I was dealing with Mr.Maddox (the husband). I brought my children along because they were oh so curious. I didn't know how I wanted the tables or bouncer, it really didnt matter. I can work with what I'm given and if I needed to move anything but the bouncer, I had enough time for it. The room was set up nicely and we didnt have to change much, just a little shifting for the entertainment and dancing. He asked when was I supposed to arrive and I told him 12:30. He looked at the paperwork and said it says from 2-5. On the side of the paper is where the notation was made about the additional hour. He said to me "I don't know about that, I will find out." He said that like he didnt believe me, but I knew what I paid for. Then he stated to me, he would give me a call when the building would be open and it may be before the time I scheduled. I said to him, just dont let it be after 12:30. My children and I left and went on with our day. Now, the day of the party November 4th. Anyone that has ever setup for a gathering or seen someone go through the motions, know that it can be exhausting. I had everything packed in my car that I could get, mostly decorations. By 11:30AM, my helpers also party-goers were arriving at my home. I am awaiting a phone call and NEVER got one. I called and left a voicemail message slightly before 12:30. I called again about 15 minutes later, no answer. As more people arrive at my home, I had to leave my guests and make an additional trip to the building just to see if it was open. To my surprise a young man was sitting down and got up as we pulled up. I am furious because I know how much stuff I have to do and I do not have nearly enough time now. He was very apologetic and I found out he was sitting there for 45 minutes! At this time, I unloaded what was in my car and leave to grab everyone that was at my home...more time wasted. By the time I return the second time with my guests, one of my invitees was driving past me leaving the building! Luckily we locked eyes and she returned. Party was due to start at 2 and my party-goers have travelled to be there shortly thereafter. I thank God I paid extra for the obstacle course bounce house to help entertain the children. As the food setup was taking place, the magician showed up for his performance from 2:30-4:00. During this time I hooked up my phone as was shown previous days, so we can have our music. Nothing was working, several guest tried to help all kinds of ways, we even got my uncle on video chat to help us set up the music. Nothing worked. As the first half of the magician's show was over, and his balloon twisting began, there was still no music. I left the party AGAIN to go home and get my laptop and small boombox (which is not loud enough). Can't remember what time this was, but Mr. Maddox showed up and tried to hook his phone up to the speaker as he showed me days before and nothing happened. He stepped out and retrieved another speaker and hook up my music. FINALLY, we could dance if we wanted to. He offered an hour and that was not good enough, then he said we could stay until around 8pm. Some of us stayed a little after 7, but most of my party-goers came from about 1 to 2 1/2 hours away and was leaving well before that time. Ok, so after and during the party I was very upset and frustrated with how it began. Tuesday, November 7th I called and spoke with Tarnesha, whom I thought cared about how my event went. I told her about everything I mentioned here and that I had to locate the right fuse to turn on the bathroom light. To my surprise she said she would talk to her husband and get back to me later on the same day. Neither one of them called me as they each said. Today, November 15th, I call and leave a message. This time she calls back and says how busy she has been and they will not be able to do anything because they let my guests and I stay later than scheduled. She said thank you, I said ok and she hung up the phone. It was a nice-nasty way to conduct business with a customer of your establishment. Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer. Thanks for reading.
