However they took our name and cc info and said that they would not charge until the day of . Also, we were told that they have an abundance of jet ski's so we didn't have to reserve for that . Called Saturday morning and was told no boat for us ..sorry . My response was why does it matter , we have reservations so we should have 1st dibs on all Of the boats they have available . They said that the boats were given to those who paid in advance . Major lesson for us planning however that should have been said during the time of the reservation . Or making their policy clear !!! We were told , we don't accept payment until the day of !! So I guess locals have an advantage with in Person bookings or their system is not up to date to take payments over the phone. Who knows but they were horrible. However, after all this happened we asked well if the boat is not available , do You have any jet skis ? They said they were all reserved !!! But over the phone during the initial reservations we were told that they have an abundance of jet skis and they do not do any reservations on those . GO TO THE NEXT LAKE CITY OVER AND GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BOATS in EATONTON!!!
