Here's where she shines the most, once we found our home and we put the offer in and we start going down the list of steps, we run into a issue of needing to fix a set of stairs and add in a handrail and slats to pass appraisal and it's crunch time we have little to no time to fix this before we have to extend our closing date and she helped us so much she reached out to several resources she had and several contractors to find us a solution to get everything taken care of in a quick instant. she worked really hard after hours taking care of our random questions or concerns, she sat with us in each meeting with the mortgage company, she never complained and she was always so impeccable and nice and full of compassion. If you want anything to happen on a…read moreweekend, just go ahead and find another agent, because they're unavailable from Friday evening until Monday morning (while someone else is buying the house you love). This wasn't the only issue. Ashton was belittling and rude in almost every communication. We ended up having to pay the termination fee even though you could tell he didn't love working with us either. Just an over-all bad experience. Oh, also, he won't even meet with you until you buy a house, he sends Cassie to do all the work. She was great.

Jason Mann was our agent of choice for selling our house in Canyonville. We requested a list price…read moreof $320,000.00. Jason said "This house would sell for $260,000.00, and we should list ti to sell". We countered and settled for listing it at $280,000.00. Two days later we had two offers, but for some reason went for the first offer as per Jason's recomendation. They offered $270,000.00 and we would pay all of the buyers closing cost. We countered at $275,000.00 and no closing cost, they recounted with full asking price of $280,000.00 and we pay all of the buyers closing cost. We agreed. Turns out the buyer was a tenant or owner of Jason's mothers house. Moving forward we asked for a 45day escrow, and all parties agreed. Inspections were waived, however the buyers appraisal was necessary. The appraisal was lowballed at $260,000.00, which was surprising. We demanded more comps that were relevant in size, age of home, and similar upgrades. They allowed a five day period which expired prior to being used. So we were stuck with the appraisal. The escrow was pushed back 3 times and because Jason told us that the buyers had no place to live, we agreed to rent the buyer our home until the close of escrow. The rent monies would be added to the net proceeds at final closing. The day of closing was here , and we asked Jason if the rent monies were include in the net proceeds in our favor. He said" No, we used that money for the down payment". We then told Jason that was not per agreement, and that the deal would be rescinded if the money was not added to our net profits. Finally he realized we were serious about the agreement, and it was resolved two days later. What we took from our experience with Jason Mann Realty, was that Jason didn't care about us. When we first met him we expressed our needs for a rental to gap our lease termination, and possible interest in purchasing more homes. He not only ignored our needs for a rental, he also put very little effort in showing us prospective homes to buy.

We had to fabricate wood to make the slabs fit for them. The layout called for a continuous slab. The layout person apparently was not experienced enough. I picked a granite for the counters (so I didn't detract from my showpiece of the Michelangelo Quartzite) but when they came and measured they did not have enough so they found me several other options to choose from. When I was not thrilled with those options (I was kinda picky) we finally managed to find a slap of what I had previously picked then we had to wait for it to be delivered to them then to add more to their plate I added backsplash then took it off then added it back...now it is all installed and it is just amazing!!! Preston and Victor are fantastic, worked really hard and now I have a show stopping kitchen. Thank you to ALL who work there and made my dream kitchen a reality!!!
