This shop is 100% dedicated to a positive user experience, period. I purchased a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad from them in 2019 running this custom operating system and it is running smooth with zero issues. In fact, it is outperforming brand new HP computer my wife purchased from a different vendor running windows in January 2021. That is a refurbished 2012 computer that outperforms a brand new 2021 pc.
