They had to dismantle the underside of the engine compartment to get enough power to the car to unlock it - not knowing while trying to pop the hood from inside - they damaged the hood closure sensors - so now the computer is sending false error codes. The owner/manager obviously blamed me for all these issues - the guys working there were nice enough - owner -not so much. I am not happy or satisfied with them.

I ask the person up front if it wasnt the what the mechanic said it was after the part and work was done and it didn't fix the issue, what then? He said, no charge. I ask, parts and labor, and he said yes. When they called and told me the part they replaced didn't fix the issue, I wasnt surprised. When I picked up my car, I wasnt charged, but after driving my vehicle out the parking lot I immediately heard and felt, literally, that my car was way worse. She put me on hold..... came back to the line and asked if she could have my name and number.. he would call me back... ok, done. never received a call back!!
