She put me on hold..... came back to the line and asked if she could have my name and number.. he would call me back... ok, done. never received a call back!! The…read moreowner seems nice enough but they have one mechanic who seems to handle a lot of their business and he is the absolute worst. The last time I went there for something last year, I gave him a list of 3 things to check for me, one of which was my car making a grinding noise. He tried to tell me I never mentioned it. The owner went for a ride with me, heard the noise, and had a mechanic take care of it. Today, I had a brake light problem that I've never encountered before, so I reluctantly called them and got this mechanic on the phone. He did correctly diagnose the problem, but as I was talking to him, unsure if I was looking at a grommet that he was telling me about, he said I wasn't letting him talk and hung up on me! It is the absolute worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. There is another garage 20 minutes away who told me to bring my car in and they'd take care of it. The fix took 2 minutes and he didn't charge me at all. It may be farther away but I will NEVER go to Gil Automotive again. Their customer service is abysmal.
