Insurance company wanted jeep towed to Walmart and I knew that wouldn't work so I started googling repairs shops and because of the time of day I knew we would be spending the night there asked my sister-in-law to find a hotel for us. Looking at the list of repairs shops I thought I don't know these places, how do I decide. I selected FREEDOM because of what the word stands for, the colors and the stars inside of the "O". It was after hours when I called but Brandon answered. He listened. Brandon responded with professionalism. Didn't rush me. Guided me on what to tell the tow driver and that he would look at the jeep first thing Tuesday morning. Next morning when he shared what had been found and suspected I was overwhelmed. He let me call my husband and put him on conference call. He shared again his thoughts and recommendations. Brandon was straightforward with us so my husband and I had prepared to move the jeep to a dealership where it was going to take at least 6 days to repair and involved a rental expense when Brandon called me back with good news and we elected to let him move forward on repair.
