Good service but fiance's haircut was super uneven. One side above ear was noticeably shorter than other ear. For a $50 cut i would expect each side to be double checked. read more

Go ahead and get your haircut by Jensen. She was really cool when asking what I wanted. I'm not a real expert on haircuts, but she took her time and I explained to her what I wanted and knew what to do. Bonus points for working with the shape of my head. I had a lot of hair, so she started with the bigger guards into lower ones. Would recommend! read more

I was late only 5 min on scheduled appointment because of traffic and they didn't honor the appointment (no matter Barber was free!!) and told me to reschedule it for another day because I was late ONLY 5 Minutes!! Really waste of time for me to drive all the way to Mansfield for this terrible experience !!! Additionally they charge $20 for No show, it is ridiculous. read more

Andrea gave me a fantastic bald fade, probably one of the best haircuts I've ever had!! The tune up package comes up with a haircut, neck massage, wash, and facial for $65 - an absolute steal. Also have a small tv at every chair to watch sports. Great experience!! The online booking tool is a little hard to use so probably easier to call the first time and then make your next appointment in the store. read more

I used to love coming here. I got a few of the girls who were awesome at cutting hair. But the last 3 times have been subpar AND this time?! It just plain crazy sucked. I called in and asked for a BALD FADE. I got Aubrey and she didn't even bother to use the machine to get it lower than the regular machine. She gave me a fade, didn't even use the blade to bald me on the sides. If you go? DO NOT GET AUBREY. She was just lazy, didn't even want to talk to me. She had to ASK me if I wanted shampoo. She didn't ask me if she wanted a tip. How about you stop putting the amount for the tip and just ask if we want to add a tip or not. read more

I have taken my 11 year old son here over 5 times and been very happy, but today was different. We scheduled an appt with anyone and Madison was our barber. From the start, our interaction was not welcoming. My son showed her a pic of what he wanted done with his hair, and she said to him "that's what you already have" in a tone that he didn't know how to respond to. I said "yes- I know but it just needs to be cleaned up." Then she was debating whether it needed to be done with clippers or scissors. Um- make it like the pic..we don't know. Then she was cutting his hair more than he was comfortable with and spoke up. Once again, talked to him in a tone that seemed scolding. No attempt to make an 11 year old feel heard. She had to check someone in, and I looked at my son and his eyes were filling up with tears. (He is NOT a kid who cries- can't remember the last time he cried before today). Madison came back and said "do you want me to keep going bc no matter what I do, he won't be happy."At that point, I knew I had to step in and tell her to just stop. I told her she had been rude since he sat down. she said "what did I do?" Are you kidding? Learn how to talk to a kid! I went to pay for the little bit of a cut he got and she said loudly "you're good- you can leave!!!" in a passive aggressive way. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt over and over, but it didn't help. AWFUL experience. My son was still upset with everything when we got to the car. Madison might cut good hair, but is NOT friendly or good with kids. Because of that, we won't be going back. Disappointing. My son loved that place before today. read more

Received a great hair cut but this place has the feel and amenities of a great clips but the most expensive haircut at $40+tip for a basic men's cut. No tvs, no anything really but an expensive cut. Won't be going back unless price is adjusted to market. read more

Im from California for I was looking for a place to get cleaned up before my cousins wedding, and did I ever pick the right place. Everything is amazing here. The ambiance, the people, everything. Nivia was my barber and she was amazing. She asked me everything to make sure it was to my liking. They even offer shampo and a small massage for free. Definitely recommend this place. Hopefully they open one in California. Men, you will not regret going here! read more

Wouldn't recommend this place. Went there January 6th 2024 and 5:30 pm. I did not have an appointment and it was my first time there. I walked in and wasn't greeted or even talked to. There were two girls on the floor. Both hadn't started there next haircuts. I stayed for about 10 minutes in total and no one said a word to me. I was in sales for many years. Customer service is everything! Not a how are you doing. Could we help you SMH. I got up and walked out. I get it's a Saturday and you don't want to be at work today but I work from 4am to 2:30 today and total hours of 59 1/2 hours. I never leave reviews ever in 39 years but I had to with this place. Good luck if you do go. The girls were on mute and just seemed miserable. I hope the owner sees this cause if I was the owner I'd be pissed. read more
