We will sadly continue looking for another jeweler. We got two bracelets the first one broke before before I could even wear it. The pearl broke off the clasp. It was a little over $100.00 . I took it back when I picked up the other one that was ordered. When they looked at the broken one. That started it needed repaired. So. I let them repair it because they said no charge. When I went to pick it up I ended up having to pay $15.00 for the repair. I should have asked for a refund and let them keep the bracelet. Now I know the don't guarantee their Jewerly . Good thing I didn't purchase a higher end item. Like I said we will continue to look for a new jeweler.

The business is locally owned and has an appealing inventory. Customer service was cheerful, and the owner patiently explained reasons for the check out issues I faced. Someone is using their shop name for fraud. 5 STARS for the real business. FAKE -- The jkgiftshop.com online site is reported to be fake. It seems scammers post items for sale which don't really exist in an attempt to lure in unsuspecting customers to shop the fake site vs. the real store. The checkout process fails, but your credit card information has already been exposed and potentially hijacked. I learned about this when I contacted the brick and mortar stores to report I'd been unable to complete my online purchase. Turns out, I'd landed on the fake website which the shop owner saaid they'd been trying to have taken down without success for quite some time. 1 STAR due to the scam site. END RESULT -- Soon after being lured to the fake site, I began seeing fraudulent charges on my credit card. I've had to get a new card and update wallet info "everywhere". Huge waste of my time, and upsetting, too. Scammers didn't get my money, but did steal my time, peace of mind, and overall sense of security. I can only imagine how the business owners feel as they're being scammed daily. So wrong!
