Today, I almost fell due to their negligence, and now the stair nose is completely broken, making the stairs even more dangerous. Rai, who handles these requests, has shown no urgency in addressing this. The contractors they hire are incredibly unreliable--cancelling appointments last minute, rescheduling, and then never showing up or responding. This company's lack of professionalism and care for its tenants' well-being is shocking. I would strongly recommend against renting or buying from them, as they clearly don't take safety or customer service seriously.
