We dealt with mice in our unit and the heat in the winter barely worked. We had to rely on space heaters just to keep the apartment livable. Management is incredibly rude and dismissive when you bring up problems. Instead of helping residents, they respond with attitude and make everything more difficult than it needs to be. The move-out process was especially unpleasant and really showed how little they care about the people living there. Overall, extremely disappointing experience and not a place I would recommend to anyone.

There have been some elevator issue on one out of three elevators. Guest parking hasn't been an issue because there are open street parking on the rear of the building with no time limit (granted, the guest will have to enter through the parking garage) . The concierge at the front desk are very friendly and easy to talk to. There's always someone in the leasing office to address any concerns.
