The kitchens are especially large with lots of counter space and high end appliances. Every apartment has a front load washer and dryer. The building is well maintained and kept spotlessly clean. There is a great Fitness Center and a every unit comes with a storage unit. The Building Management and Maintenance staff are friendly, responsive and easy to get along with. There is a grocery store (Ashley's) just up the block, and just past that, a great Brew Pub (Gaslight Brewery). Starbucks is just across the street. The train station very close by and the express train to NYC Penn Station only takes 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

The fact that the construction consists of thin walls does not help. Assuming you have young kids in the 3-bedroom unit above you (which would make sense for a 3 bedroom), you are DOOMED!! Management is aware of this issue because we have brought it to their attention no less than 10 times, but they don't care.

We had unbelievably noisy people above us and management refused to address it in anyway, other…read morethen telling us to call the cops. Apparently the neighbors on each side of us had the same problem with the people above them as well. Also, the post office next door is incredibly loud, they roll bins with metal wheels across rough concrete starting at 4:30am, not to mention you have a train barreling by the complex (which you expect to be noisy), but you don't expect it to be blowing it's horn after 9pm which happened frequently. The hvac in the unit was loud, you have to turn your tv up loud otherwise you can't hear it over the hvac unit. Also, you can't turn the A.C. on in the winter. Why would you need A.C. in the winter?? --Because almost every night in the winter (except during a major snowstorm) we slept without blankets and still woke up sweating! The unit gets up to the high 70's low 80's in the winter when the heat is turned OFF, it would be nice to be able to cool the apt down without having to open the windows when it's freezing or snowing outside. To top it off, the rent was increased considerably at the time of renewal, needless to say we did not renew! Great proximity to train station and the small town, but that's about it.
