The driver came right on the ETA they gave me at delivery. I liked that they email you notifications when your driver arrives at your restaurant of choice and is on his way to you. Food was hot and the delivery charge is a good deal. On top of the good service, what really impressed me was how well they handled a couple hiccups. The deliverer didn't have the Coke we ordered. He gave us a Coke Zero and a Sprite to make up for it. I was emailed my tracking number, but the receipt didn't come through. I sent a contact us message through their website, and within minutes their company President emailed me the receipt apologizing for the minor hiccup. No doubt that I will be using their service again. No business runs perfect 100% of the time, and it's a testament to a good company on how they handle the minor hiccups.
