Yes, my husband should have been opening the mail addressed only to him, that he just thought was monthly statements, but I'd still appreciate a call. Brad Stout's office guaranteed that they would call if something like that happened, and I get random updates from them in E-mail, but no junk mail of any type. When it was time to renew, my policy amount stayed the same, even after switching to cheaper auto insurance. Also, when I called to cancel my auto policy, they were very friendly and helpful, and didn't nag when they couldn't beat my quoted price. (It was very close, though) They offer numerous discounts and are always happy to try and find ways to make me happy, or to lower costs. Every time I've had an inquiry, it was answered immediately, or very quickly, and I did have 2 very urgent inquiries. There aren't many companies that offer insurance for my roof, that isn't a flat roof, but is somehow classified as one. So that, as well as their low price for homeowners, makes me a fan.
