They don't even open and look at emails! So rude. I put trackers on my emails to see whether or not…read morethey are opened by the people I send the emails to. With the tracker I can see if it was opened, how long it was open for and where and if the email was successfully delivered or if the email failed to deliver. I sent emails to several different agents at UTA and the emails had trackers and not a single agent opened the emails! Not one! All the emails were successfully received/sent so I know the agent emails were valid. Does this mean the emails found online are not legit? Do they filter out messages from unknown people? Honestly, I think this is very rude and disgusting. Why can't they answer their emails or atleast read them! I highly recommend calling them instead.

Valet parking is free if you're there for a screening, they actually can get 5 stars just for that, the valets represent the company very well, they greet you with a smile, they look happy to be there and they're ready to work, and they can answer questions if you don't know where to go, a lot of staff, who are eager, enthusiastic and professional. The woman signing me in greeted me with a professional, yet warm smile, overall, makes me feel happy to be there, building well designed, might be intimidating to get lost in there because it' s huge, but there are staff everywhere to help you. Overall 5 stars, I didn't eat the food at the reception, but I should have, I went by myself so I left, but they had wine and the food smelled amazing, overall great experience, everything a 5 star agency should be!
