I would strongly encourage others to be cautious when doing business or working with this company…read morebased on my personal experience. I attempted multiple times to handle a serious issue privately and professionally involving equipment stolen and seen using it on FB post etc. When I arrived with law enforcement to try and verify the equipment, the business owner refused to cooperate or allow the officer to view it, despite the situation potentially being resolved very quickly through simple transparency. As someone who depends on this equipment for work, the lack of concern and accountability was extremely disappointing. What was even more concerning to me was the company's continued support of an employee "with multiple and recent DV and theft charges" despite repeated issues and complaints surrounding his conduct. Instead of helping resolve the matter professionally, I was met with denial and resistance. I have documented conversations, screenshots, photos, and other evidence connected to this situation and will continue pursuing the proper channels. I believe businesses should operate with honesty, professionalism, and accountability, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.
