Calling a Honda dealership they thought it might be plugs (misfires in the cylinders) due to the warning lights my car indicated. Being from Jacksonville 70 miles to the north I was clueless who to take my car to in this area. I checked John's Yelp reviews, gave him a call and felt confident enough to take my car to his shop. He quickly scoped my car, diagnosed the problem, quoted me a very fair price, and had my car ready just a few hours later. I was able to rent a car in the meantime. Total charge $122!! He could have charged me anything and I would have been at his mercy. HONESTY-INTEGRITY-FAIR. Thank you thank you from a man who was far from home! My car has run just fine since then.

On the day the rims were scheduled to be picked up, I received a text message stating that their technicians could not work on that type of rim. There was no prior indication this might be an issue, and no phone call--just a last-minute text canceling the job. This not only disrupted my plans but also impacted the shop that had allocated lift time based on the agreed schedule. I understand that technical limitations can arise, but discovering this on the day of pickup--after pricing and scheduling had already been confirmed--was frustrating and avoidable with proper upfront assessment and direct communication.
