On the day the rims were scheduled to be picked up, I received a text message stating that their technicians could not work on that type of rim. There was no prior indication this might be an issue, and no phone call--just a last-minute text canceling the job. This not only disrupted my plans but also impacted the shop that had allocated lift time based on the agreed schedule. I understand that technical limitations can arise, but discovering this on the day of pickup--after pricing and scheduling had already been confirmed--was frustrating and avoidable with proper upfront assessment and direct communication.

This place is an absolute rip off read all the one star reviews on Google. Don't trust them to fix anything on your vehicle. Mechanics are an independent business working underneath one an umbrella. They love to lie in order to create work for themselves.

How could a Toyota need rotors and pads with just 14,700 miles since they had been replaced by a licensed shop that specializes in Toyota vehicles. No way! Seems like the female car owner was taken advantage of, by US Auto Service.
