I love the Glass House in Mansfield. I always get great, informative information on questions I have no matter how trivial. Today I went in looking for a type of bowl that is hard to find these days and they had several styles . Luxx I think was her name, Very cheerful and most accommodating . their prices are very reasonable too. I didn't have to spend the day searching for what I wanted. Thank you again Luxx!!! read more

This place is fishy. I never even made it in there store. Didn't even get a chance to unbuckle myself before They ran me out of the parking lot. i parked and tried to finish smoking my cigarette before entering. The guy working the Mansfield location today came out and knocked on my window and started cussing me out for parking and not buying anything even tho i had literally just parked. So Despite being cussed out immediately, i tried to tell him i WAS coming in i had only just parked he....interrupted me and said he didn't want me to buy anything and just get the f outa here. Then said it was private property and "pretended" to call the police dept.... So i just smiled and left.... This cant seriously be how the glass house is maintained.... Hope they can correct the shitty customer service someday. I one time this was the place to go to, had great customer service. Was on of the reasons I used to go there. Went in today and had the worst customer service I have ever had at this type of establishment. One of the many things I enjoy about these type of shops are the polite nice sales people who are willing to help and explain. While going to this establishment I was treated very rude. Any help I asked for I was argued at for not knowing exactly what went with what. Ray had no patience with the customers and I was unable to get the information I was asking because the man was yelling and talking down to me. I went to a shop as such rather than online because most sales people are friendly and helpful. They definitely usually don't try to belittle the customer for simply asking questions to try to make a purchase. I was belittled for being unaware that the brand MAV only produces 14mm and not 18mm attachments as I will call them on YELP. Having reviewed this store I would either order online if you know exactly what you want or find a similar like store with friendly helpful sales people. Though there has been one employee who is very helpful when I was a regular customer and he was always helpful. Friday January 12th though he was not working so I was unable to get the help I needed without being treated rude. Therefore I did not make my purchase. read more
