The cop's claim was bogus and I would have loved to drag him into court to testify against my video evidence and show he lied, but court is unpredictable, I'm not even sure the cop would have to attend, and it wasn't worth the risk or my time. Instead Lee just handled everything for a completely reasonable fee. I didn't have to think about the ticket between sending him the documentation and when he resolved the case. So easy. The tickets carried 2 points each, and the fines were $330-$800. In our consult, Richard said he would get two tickets dropped, and the third ticket amended to no points.
