She was also extremely unresponsive to maintenance requests. I was told that wires coming down in the yard and tearing siding off the house was "beyond a normal maintenance request" and I would need to get the problem fixed myself. If the roof fell in would that be beyond a normal request and on me to fix?! Oh and she also tried to schedule the walk through several days before my move out date and before I had the place professionally cleaned. I got her to change the date but it didn't really matter because she charged me for having the place cleaned again anyways! Oh well, at this point I was already so over Silver River and their ridiculous antics. I am so relieved to be moved out of their property and into a rental where I am actually communicated with and treated with respect.
