The microgreens, the sauce and the square Tostada works well all together. 8.8/10 Salmon - Cooked perfectly. The corn is a great accompaniment. The fish is impeccably seasoned. This dish is heaven sent with a 9.8/10 Grilled Octopus - Grilled perfectly, I can tell by the texture. The music was obnoxiously loud most of the time with pounding bass. Our crowd was celebrating the Grooms and they a great time. In our case, the grooms were running a tab- open bar and order from an extensive bar menu. FOOD: Well presented and the guests seemed to enjoy it. My allergies were an obstacle to most of the menu, but I enjoyed the fruit OUR SERVERS were amazing. Taking orders and finding the guests was like wrangling cats but somehow they did an amazing job. It tasted like the mixed tamarindo or chile limon in the sauce to give it a Mexican Twist, but it was not enjoyable. Bad combo for wings.
