I do the home bleach kits from my dentist normally and they get my teeth nice and bright white. The issue is, it takes weeks because I have sensitive teeth. So I have to do it slowly. I thought great! Go here and get it done in an hour! The woman doing the bleaching is lovely. It's a nice facility and she's welcoming and warm and it was very pleasant. I paid extra for the treatment to stop sensitivity, but it didn't work at all. I still had intense pain for two days after. My husband did totally fine without any treatment for sensitivity. So I think that's just me and my teeth. Here's the part where it got hinky. She waited to hold up the color chart to determine your before and after results AFTER we were in the chair, reclined, with the lights turned down, and dark glasses on to protect our eyes. She did it independently so at the end she could say "wow! You moved up four levels!" The issue is, I saw almost no difference in my teeth at all. And since I hadnt been able to see my "before" color on her chart I couldn't argue the lack of change. I whiten them at home all the time so once I got into the light and looked I could see it hadn't done hardly anything. I did it a month ago, and today I did my first treatment with my at-home bleach kits, and that's why I'm posting this review. After one treatment with my home bleach, I am at least one step lighter than I was after a whole treatment with this company. I suggest not wasting your money and either doing zoom or the home bleach. It just works so much better.

Two days later my husband called and spoke to the owner Karen(perfect name cause she is half Karen/B!+ch). Anyways, he explained to her about the auto accident that I was in and Karen said that we should have called to let her know that i couldn't make the appointment time as they were sold out and that it's not fair to others who wanted to sign up and I had a reserved spot that could have been given to another person. My husband apologized again and asked if he can reschedule an appointment in the next few months once I was back on my feet again after the auto accident. She told him that I was not welcomed back even though the accident was not my fault and we are responsible for calling ASAP if something changes. My husband told her that I was unconscious when I arrived at the hospital and he was unaware of my appointment that day so he didn't know to call that I would not be able to make the appointment that day. Karen didn't even have any empathy that I had been in a very bad accident on my way to her event. I really hope that others read this comment before they decide to give your hard earned money to a lady that has no empathy or gives the benefit of the doubt to their customers should something arise and can't make the appointment or arrive minutes late. I've read the comments that she has left others who have simple questions or speak up about something that they don't like during their treatment appointments, and Karen goes into immediate defense mode. Yes, it's your company and you can run it how you like, but learn customer service skills & grace towards your customers. Yes, you have over 50,000 satisfied customers (spare me the lecture Karen yada yada yada)but life happens. You can't tell me that you have never skipped or missed or even been late to an appointment. I'm sure they allowed you to reschedule and not ban you as a customer. You should learn how to treat customers. Maybe you'd have a higher number of satisfied customers. I'M SURE THAT I'VE HIT A NERVE WITH THIS REVIEW AND KAREN OR HER HUSBAND WILL FIRE BACK WITH A NEGATIVE RESPONSE. Now, to the people who I hope read this review, read all the other reviews that are 1-2 stars and read how she responds to them and read mine as well. I've had the teeth whitening services done once and I was happy with the results, so happy that I wanted to have the services done again. But now I'd rather do it at home or my dentist office and get the same results if not better. Do you really want to give your money to a "KAREN" or a company that will ban you and chastise you like a child if you're late or get into a life threatening auto accident.
